Sol Nessebar Palace All Inclusive

We just come back,from brillant week in palace,ideal for kids. My grandchildren really love it, especially lazy river, and flumes,go cart( 3 euro).Clean hotel, Food. Some nice food nice selection, always something u can find, if some don't take your liking.America diner,nice burgers.Italtian restaurant was really nice.( need to booked). Cleaner on hand ready to pick up drop food. Pool and sunbeds Always found a sunbed,be prepared to get slash, if in first row. Pool striker cold, but lovely once your in.. Entertainment. Kids club, and shows some are good.Area where this take part, is very dark need background lights.My husband fell over wall and hurt in self.Very uneven surface. Rooms. Two single bed and child bed.we had two rooms,,adjoining. Ideal.As we was party of 4 adult and 2 kids.Rooms are ok, not so big,but we did not spend time in there.Bathroom big, bath bit slippery. Cleaner let down hotel, my grandson never had his bed change all week,we did.Night before before heading home , look under his bed,to see if we left anything, and there was his top sheet on floor.So not even check.Also we found weird they leave your top sheet fold up on your bed, so u have to make rest of your bed up.And size of bed,none to tuck in.Also curtain are hit and miss,let in light.Also in my daughter room, they found kid bear,which have been left by previous people, so bed are not move, when changed over. Toilets Toilets are far away from kids entertainment and shows.Need more toilets. And need more staff to serve at bar of a night, long queues. But we have brillant week.would return with grandchildren, but not as a couple.

Sol Nessebar Palace Hotel Review Overall, this is a massive hotel with loads to do, especially for families, but there are definitely some negatives. The good The slides are brilliant and the pools are good, although they are quite cold. The hotel itself has so much going on that the layout almost feels like being at a theme park. It's absolutely huge and there are plenty of snack stations around. Sun loungers. Lots of losers get up early to get them You can buy popcorn and candy floss on site, and there are also bouncy castles and inflatable water balls in the pool during the evening. These activities do cost extra though. The German bar is great. You can pay €5 for a reusable glass for your beer, otherwise you're drinking from paper cups. The beer available is Sol and Beck's, and there are plenty of cocktails available too. The beach is nearby and the water taxi into Nessebar town was really nice and definitely worth doing. The magnetic strip on the wristband that acts as your room key is also a really convenient idea. The maids cleaned regularly, which was good. The bad The biggest issue for me was the food. On more than one occasion, chicken and pork appeared undercooked and pink inside. I have pictures of this. Personally, I found this unacceptable and it put me off eating certain meats. The hotel is extremely busy. Because of this, the lifts are a nightmare and often take ages to get on because they are constantly full. The evening entertainment was disappointing overall. Karaoke was good, but the kids' mini disco wasn't great and was absolutely packed. The shop on site is also very expensive, so I'd recommend buying essentials elsewhere if possible. There is a Chinese and Italian restaurant on site, but you need to book several days in advance. I didn't bother because of this. My room also had what appeared to be blood on the walls, which obviously wasn't pleasant. My 16-year-old's room had no proper door/privacy either, which was a major issue. Overall This hotel has everything you could possibly need for a family holiday and the facilities are genuinely impressive. The slides, pools, snack stations and huge layout make it great for kids. However, it's extremely busy, some of the entertainment is poor, the lifts are frustrating, and the food quality—particularly the undercooked meat—is a serious concern. I'd say great facilities and plenty to do, but some important issues stop it from being a truly great hotel.

We got back yesterday from an amazing week with 2 adults and 2 children. We all had a great time. The staff are really friendly, from bar staff to cleaners, maxi club staff to chefs they was all amazing. One thing I think is really important about this hotel is how much the staff respect you and don’t bother you all the time for tips like what has happened at majority of our holidays over the years. This makes such a difference to the holiday and this is a credit to the staff. One night my Son left his I Pad in the German bar and it was handed into reception by one of the bar staff and we got it back the next day, again I have been to a lot of places this would not have happened so credit to the staff. Food selection I thought was really good, we ate at a different place everyday for lunch and was good quality and choice. Water park is also really good and was a massive hit with the kids. Kids disco every night at 2030 was really good my kids loved it, however is aimed at more younger kids. Entertainment after that wasn’t always great but by that time it’s 2100 anyway and we was ready for our bed most nights. The only problems we had on the holiday really come from other holiday makers which is out of the control of the staff and nothing really to do with the hotel itself. Paper cups only outside the lobby for beer so make sure you bring a travel cup. This is a super family friendly hotel and holiday, it is very very busy with lots going on so if you want a quiet break this isn’t for you but it is perfect for the kids, they will never be bored. We would definitely come back again and it is really good value for money. We had a brilliant time.

I want to start by recognising Sunny Petkova, Sales & Marketing Manager, because she made an outstanding first impression and set the tone for the entire experience. From my very first interaction with her, Sunny was warm, professional, attentive and genuinely helpful. She made the booking process effortless, responded to every question with care and went above and beyond to make me feel valued before I had even arrived at the hotel. That level of personal service is rare, and she is a real credit to SOL Nessebar Palace. That same high standard of service continued throughout my stay with the wider hotel team. What really stood out to me was how much the resort has to offer. The housekeeping team did a fantastic job and kept everything clean and well maintained. The entertainment team brought great energy to the resort and created plenty of activities throughout the day and evening. The facilities are also excellent. Between the pools, water park, entertainment, activities, restaurants, bars and other amenities, there is genuinely so much to do on site. You very rarely feel the need to leave the complex. Everything you need for a great family holiday is right there, and there is always something happening. The resort manages to combine the scale and variety of a large holiday complex with a genuinely friendly and welcoming atmosphere. A big thank you to the housekeeping staff, entertainment team, restaurant and bar teams, reception staff and everyone else working behind the scenes. It takes a huge team to run a resort of this size well, and their hard work really shows. And of course, a special thank you again to Sunny for making such a strong first impression and for representing the hotel so brilliantly from the very beginning. A fantastic resort with brilliant facilities, plenty to do and a team who clearly care about the guest experience. Highly recommended. Five stars from me.

We were a group of 12 ranging from 6 to 67 and this hotel is definitely value for money Although that may be a few little things that could be improved nothing really notable that is worth mentioning We just had an amazing time, everyone always found things to eat and drink and most importantly the atmosphere was really relaxed Bulgaria is an amazing country and would recommend going to see all it has to offer Tips Try and use Taxis from hotel (they have Sol Nessebar logo) as they are cheaper that others Nessebar Old Town is beautiful and a must to visit Sunny Beach is busy and we found that most shops prefer cash to credit cards
