TUI SUNEO Perla

Had a fantastic holiday here. The first with my partner. Honestly exceeded expectations for the amount we paid. Hotel is spotless! So much variety in respect of food and drinks. - well cooked, delicious and fresh! Drinks were also lovely. Staff work extremely hard to give customers the best experience. Special shout out to the bar ladies and John from the animation team. Only three points of slight criticism, but would not impact my views on returning again: 1) the sunbeds go early! However I did witness staff members remove towels when they were not in use. Sometimes however this was done in error e.g when people were playing games with the animation team. 2) at the show cooking, the chefs would wait for the meat / fish to all go before cooking a new round of meat / fish. This meant a short wait rather than continuous grilled meat being available. 3) you are not allowed to take food / drinks to your room. Whilst I understand why hotels would stop you from taking food up (which is common in most hotels) it didn’t quite make sense why drinks were not allowed. Especially when we were delivered a bottle of drink and glasses to the room. (not expected or requested - so a lovely surprise) Overall I had a fantastic time and would 100% recommend this hotel to everyone. Thank you for a brilliant stay and great memories for me and my partner on our first holiday together!

Hotel Perla is an amazing hotel, they are constantly cleaning, always friendly. The food is outstanding best hotel I’ve been to I recommend.

We are on our last day here and have had a really lovely time. On arrival reception welcoming and attentive , room was on the 4th floor with pool and sea view , very modern and clean with all the usual facilities. Lovely large balcony and room cleaned every day with change of towels and regular linen change. The pool area is lovely and kept clean with a good serviced bar. The restaurant serves great food with lots of choice and themed food from around the world in the evening. The staff all work hard and are pleasant we were very pleased with the hotel as it presented itself well and did not disappoint. We were very pleasantly surprised with this resort and indeed the hotel so thank you for making our first visit to Bulgaria worth it. Special mention to the Executive Chef and his team for the glorious food and presentation.

What a beautiful hotel Perla is would recommend to anybody immaculate hotel , food us absolutely unreal and alot and alot of choice, staff are brilliant all round . Never made friends and so many of them from day one , the animation team help bring that together with day games. Great atmosphere and buzz around the place cannot fault it at all, me and my wife will be back without a shadow of doubt 👌🏼.(Have to say the beer is my favourite Staropramenon tap )

Booked last minute and wasn’t expecting much for what we paid but we were pleasantly surprised. The hotel was very modern, always spotless and the cleaners always did a good job refreshing the rooms each day. The food was fresh and each day had a different theme for dinner time which was nice. It was less than a ten minute walk to the main strip, which was convenient, lots of shops, restaurants and bars. There was various Entertainment throughout the day and at night other than Sunday when they have a day off. We would definitely return:)
