TUI SUNEO Perla

Just came back from a week at this hotel, room extremely clean, bar staff very friendly in both bars. Food was excellent when we go away all inclusive by the third / fourth night we feel the need to eat out but not at this hotel this food was amazing. Waiting staff please give customers time to finish their food before taken the plates away, obviously what you have been asked to do but give us time to put our knife and forks down first please. Reception staff not so friendly, possibly customers training may be needed.

rooms are very clean and beds are comfy, no english channels though but not their fault, the glasses and plates are very clean and entertainment is very good would recommend and the workers do work hard they are great

We had a wonderful stay! Everything exceeded our expectations. The food was delicious with a great variety of dishes, and the all-inclusive drinks were excellent. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and cozy, making us feel at home. The entire staff was amazing—friendly, helpful, and always smiling. They worked hard to make our stay enjoyable, and we truly appreciated their hospitality. Location: 5-7 min walking to the beach. The hotel has a lovely atmosphere, and everything was well organized. We had a fantastic vacation and would definitely love to come back. Highly recommended!

Good location by lots of bars,shops and the beach and only 500m from flower street ( the resort centre).Great chilled atmosphere/vibe.The rooms are spacious and very clean.Good value as food is spot on,good variety and quality,and the service is very good Alcohol quality is good,I recommend the mai tai and Pina colada cocktails.Laget is also good.

Firstly I want to say how hard the staff worked ,all of them to keep this hotel perfect,the girls at the bars( can’t remember the names) always happy to serve and made some wonderful cocktails.,room was clean,comfy and everything worked as it should ,cleaned everyday.food was presented brilliant every day and hot ,all the usual pizza,pasta,chips etc along with themed nights Asian,Bulgarian,Italian night was superb,always something to keep you full and happy,breakfast was full English etc with chefs cooking omelettes etc ,pool was big enough for the hotel and could always get a sunbed ,entertainment was just enough at night ,the 2 young chaps through the day worked hard but didn’t push you if you just wanted to slob around after a night out in flower street ,we made some good friends and we shall return 10/10
