TUI SUNEO Perla

Arrived and we were impressed lovely entrance and room ready straight away, room was spacious and big comfortable bed, we stayed for two weeks but after a few days could smell the carpet just think all rooms should have flooring no carpet as can create a smell! We had a pool view really nice touch. Food a disappointment unfortunately cold most days and the live stations nice touch but think the staff should start the food and then finish off as it’s requested as customers stood there with lots of people all waiting can create a crowd! The desserts are not replenished once gone / gone which is a shame. Snack bar good though but again pizza should be made constant there’s a gap where none is being cooked and it’s busy . Also live station staff found sitting on counters just with cross contamination off clothes , and work counters shouldn’t be sat on seats for bums! I did email hotel but no reply so thanks for that! Ideal situation of hotel not far from strip and a short walk to a aldo, bus stop. Pool area is clean and well maintained can get busy one day towels can be put down before 9am and next after 9am maybe decide and stick to this! Entertaining team well……… they need to use a microphone and offer for any entertainment it was terrible and the day it rained it didn’t move inside just didn’t have any entertainment, very poor ! Staff need to smile and be welcoming and warm none of this happens at Perla.

4th or 5th time at this hotel. Still as spotlessly clean as it was the 1st time we went, one year after their refurb. Clearly the velvet bedsettes are buffed up after use, beautiful soft turquoise colour. Very smart. Theres nothing I don't like about this hotel. The food I even think is better than ever. Tastier. Plenty of choice. Snack station in the afternoons, freshly cooked burgers, assembled before you, southern fried chicken, chips etc. Very carefully all wiped down after every mealtime. The door to the kitchens swing open from time to time, immaculate inside. The lady thats been there years on evening cleaning duty alone, keeps the outside toilet near poolbar gleaming. The saxophonist/singer has added further songs to his repertoire each year, plays for 2 hours, very good, Saturday nights hes there. Drinks lovely quality. Hotel close enough to Flower street and beach without it being too noisy. Safes are in a room across from reception and run a tight ship. They have a key, you have the other to open it, needing the 2 together to open. Safe free. Reception very helpful we've always found. This is my 3rd review and I look forward to going again. Have tried other hotels, but return this one because they keep up the high standards. Fab hotel in my opinion.

Just returned from Bulgaria after a week at this hotel. We wanted adults only and We absolutely loved it. Our room was fabulous, comfy bed, hot shower, fridge and balcony. Cleaned every day. The restaurant food was wonderful. There's a pizza oven and every day we had pizza, delicious. There's so much choice you cannot go wrong. Of an evening, they had themed food, ie Italian, Greek etc. On the last night, we had Gala night and the staff all danced and they served Moet on arrival. My husband dropped his fork and the young waitress ran over and picked it up and replaced it. The restaurant and bar staff are super efficient. We had ice cream every day at 3.00 p.m. - the banana flavour is delicious. I did not use the pool so cannot comment. The whole hotel is super clean and immaculate, and has lovely new modern furniture. The location is excellent, a bus stop outside which takes you to Nessebar for about one euro 60. Beach is not far and Flower street is just a short walk. We thoroughly enjoyed it.

This was our first time in Bulgaria and I picked the adult only hotel. Room was amazing very spacious. Daily cleaners to a very high standard. The food in the restaurant was amazing different cuisines every evening, food was full of flavours. We will definitely return😀

Google won't let me update my review so you can have your reply on here Additional comments while currently at the hotel I am currently sitting in your restaurant, and I have personally experienced that the pool is not at the temperature advertised, while the food being served is, again, only lukewarm. I appreciate that you may disagree with my observations, but as an Executive Chef working in a 4-star hotel in the UK, I would strongly recommend that your management team invest in a suitable calibrated probe thermometer and actually carry out and record regular temperature checks on the food being served. In the UK, there are clear legal requirements surrounding the safe storage, cooking, holding and serving of food, with appropriate temperature monitoring and records forming an important part of food-safety management. While I appreciate that Bulgarian regulations may differ, the underlying principle of maintaining potentially hazardous foods at safe temperatures is the same. At present, I have seen no evidence that effective temperature checks are being carried out on the food being served. This is particularly concerning when potentially high-risk foods are being presented lukewarm. The pool temperature is also considerably cooler than advertised. In fact, I have found myself using the pool almost as a plunge pool simply to cool myself down in the heat, rather than being able to use it as a properly heated pool as advertised. I am raising these points because they are genuine observations made during my stay and because, professionally, I would consider these matters serious enough to require management attention. I have added my booking off the app so that you dont acuse me off being a false review. As you have done with a previous review. Which repeats exactly what I have said. Your clearly more concerned about bad reviews then rectifying issues. But again go and buy a probe first your staff. Any one who reads this read my original review from Google reviews.
