BEWARE OF THIS HOTEL — I WOULD GIVE IT -100 STARS IF I COULD. Our experience was absolutely disgraceful. We paid the hotel, yet they still kicked my fiancée out and treated her in a completely unacceptable and humiliating way. Instead of properly resolving the payment situation and taking responsibility, they chose to punish a paying guest. The lack of professionalism, compassion, and basic customer service was shocking for a hotel that presents itself as luxury. I would never recommend this hotel to anyone. Think very carefully before trusting them with your money or your stay. After the way my fiancée was treated, we will never return. -100 STARS. BEWARE AND STAY SOMEWHERE ELSE.

We had a fantastic time at the Amara. Truly excellent facilities including several world class restaurants. Paulina in guest services went above and beyond to make our stay magical, And the pool team are superb - especially Elio, Ali M and Chaadi the manager - attentive, friendly and nothing is too much trouble. Would very strongly recommend
