Stayed at this hotel for a week. For context, we used to live in Cyprus so only spent a couple of days really relaxing the hotel. We might have chosen the wrong days because it was very very busy the Saturday and Sunday. Pool bar was run off its feet. Asked 3 people for a pizza that never arrived (didn’t pay and didn’t chase in the end). Slow service these days. We used to go to hotels when we lived in Cyprus for day passes so don’t know if that happens at the weekend and that’s why it was so busy. In the week, it was much calmer. The grass area for sun beds is the most calm and relaxing place. However, for some reason there is booming music from the beach (jet ski hire place) on the Sunday. So so loud but obviously this is not the hotels fault. Lovely room. Clean. Housekeeping are great. Breakfast is chaos at the wrong time. So I recommend getting there early for a calm experience. There are too many people at the hotel for that small of an area for a Buffet. Front desk are all lovely, could leave out bags as we had a late flight and use the facilities all day. Asked for a curtesy room, no chance. Told to use the spa facilities. Again, not much room. Overall, we had a good time at this hotel. Would not return because it’s just not as chill as I normally to for. But no glaring problems.
The staff was very friendly. Chef in the dinner was very kind. Everytime we came into the dinner he introduced the food and talked to us very kindly. The area around the hotel is amazing. There is supermarket nearby to buy anything you want & and you can go around by foot for a walk. There is spot nearby called Starbucks and Ocean Bucket. You can go there by bus number 30 which stops near the hotel. It was amazing atmosphere with chef coming and talking. The dinner everyday is different.
Went to Cyprus for my niece's wedding. The hotel was great. The buffet with so many choices was excellent. The room are big and very clean. Love the pools and beaches.
I stayed at this hotel for a week. Great service. A five-star beach! Incredible water! Generous meals that were different every day. An impeccable staff. I highly recommend this hotel.
A mixed bag. The location is great in respect of Limassol. The staff are wonderful and really friendly. The grounds are lovely with two pools, pool bar and immediate access to grass area and the beach and the rooms are spot on, spacious and clean. However, there are some small issues that I found to just be really quite irritating. The buffets are brilliant but there isn’t much choice for kids if they are picky eaters. Pasta is covered in sauce with no option to add yourself, no fries or potato that isn’t covered in anything etc. I wish I had an easy eater but sadly I don’t and historically I’ve found resorts to be great for this but here it’s different. As an adult though, the food is spot on. There is a great big sign by the pool that says sun-beds cannot be reserved and any towels left over an hour will be removed. Fantastic! Only downside is when it comes to asking for this to be implemented, the pool boys response is “there’s over 170 beds and I’m not taking all the towels off.” You explain that’s not quite what you mean and his attitude is “I know there’s a sign but I’m not doing it” and you just leave wondering why they went to the bother and expense of erecting a sign to say otherwise. I found that in order to get a bed, you have to get up at about 7-8am to collect a towel and to reserve one. A lot of people just go back to bed and then have lunch and reappear and you end up having to play the game in order to secure one round the pool. It then renders the whole “relaxing on holiday/having a lie in” completely redundant. My final complaint is that house keeping, while very industrious and having to do hundreds of rooms, try to enter your room at about 8am which again is really frustrating when you want a lie in. I completely get that they need to get everything done but unless I’ve got a sign on the door that says come in, it’s safe to assume at that time….maybe don’t.
