Tasia Maris Sands

Right from the start, we were greeted at reception by the ever-so-lovely, wonderful and warm Maria. Her customer service was exceptionally warm and unique. You could say she was like the hotel’s mum 🙂 The same can be said of the rest of the staff, who were always on hand throughout our stay. They ensured the tables were kept clean, provided prompt service, and treated each guest with great respect, empathy and a personalised touch. I have particularly fond memories of our wonderful friend Panikos, who showed such great and friendly interest. Thanks to him, we’ve grown quite attached to this hotel. Panikos should be given a monthly bonus for such an incredible approach to customer service ;) Then there was Nisha, full of energy, helpful and open. I also remember Nishant, whose positive energy was infectious and always brought a smile to my face. Everyone, absolutely everyone, was empathetic and incredibly kind, always smiling, professional and ready to help with anything. The hotel looks very stylish, with muted colours; everything is spotlessly clean and well-maintained, and the details are beautifully finished. This creates a lovely sense of visual harmony, and it’s a pleasure to stay there. It’s very cosy. Everything is impeccably clean, and the rooms are cleaned daily. The atmosphere is peaceful, away from the crowds and hustle and bustle, as if you were removed from the rest of the busy city. In the evenings, you can relax in the poolside bar, surrounded by palm trees and atmospheric music. The view from the Penthouse room is incredible! I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a peaceful break, away from the crowds and noise. The only change I’d make is to have the air conditioning running a bit stronger in every part of the hotel. At times it was simply too hot and stuffy, and most guests surely expect some relief from the heat as soon as they enter the hotel. However, it’s worth bearing in mind that we were in Cyprus in August, which is the hottest month there. Perhaps in other months this wouldn’t be such an issue.

Location good, hotel offers direct access to sandy bay beach. There are coastal walks to Nissi beach and the harbour. Staff brilliant really helpful. Hishant was outstanding, really attentive and funny. No entertainment in the hotel but lots of bars nearby with evening entertainment. Food was really good with various options daily. Our room was good with a fridge, air con and was cleaned daily. Overall a great holiday no complaints.

Tasia Maris is a beautiful hotel. We always upgrade to the All Inclusive Plus so have use of the Soly Maris Pool & restaurant. I have now been here 5 times over the last 9 years. The staff are amazing & work so hard. Want to say thanks to Maria in Soly Maris, Dimitri, Kristina & Kiros in the restaurants, You are all amazing 🥰 From Mandy & Tanya

The staff were so helpful, friendly and accommodating. Cleanliness to a very high standard.The room had a spectacular view of the bay, amazing waking up to see this in the morning

Very good location just couple steps from beach,and town are 10 minutes away from hotel,rooms are comfortable,clean,and with lovely sea views ,people working in hotel are so friendly,helpful and just lovely especially Maria from reception such a lovely lady,she done everything to make a guest happy ,the same as restaurant personel lovely Panikos,and others like waitresses,lovely lady I think she is restaurant manager (forgot her name 🙈)bar staff guys like Roman and others so nice and friendly .The food was very delicious,fresh,lots of choices.The hotel over all very nice,if you want rest have chilled vacation yes that’s the proper place.I highly recommend,will definitely come back.Ahh and forgot one thing the weather just so nice hot and sunny ,hotel are close to local attractions.
