Park Plaza Histria Pula & Marina Wing

Having just spent 4 nights at this hotel, I wanted to provide an honest review. The location for us was fantastic, a 20 minute ride from the airport meant we were able to enjoy as much time as possible at the hotel. On arrival our rooms were not ready however we we provided with towel cards and we able to use the hotel facilities. Our rooms were in the Marina Wing, we were a bit disappointed with the quality of the room. There were stains on the carpet within the room and it lacked that 4 star touches. Cleaning of the room did not happen on one of the days which was also disappointing and the quality of the cleaning was not really up to a good standard which is a shame. The food was incredible, we had breakfast and evening meal and the food was varied and plentiful. We managed to eat outside for all of our meals which was a little more spacious that the inside. All staff who we engaged with were attentive and were good representatives for the hotel. The pool guys did a great job despite being challenged daily by people who could not find space around the pool. This is clearly not their fault. Access to the pool area commenced at 08:00 which was also a good idea. We walked to the Marina, which was very pretty and down the road close to the hotel where there are a range of shops, places to eat and a supermarket which was always very well stocked. Members of our party also visited Pula and thoroughly enjoyed their time there.

the perfect hotel in pula wild buffet - so tasty some free whisky's! insane pool - you can see the sea and the gorgeous HUGE circular pool plus the bar by the side of the pool is very dreamy! the local restaurants and shops are lovely you can do water sports and take a quick uber into the local city/ town too! great customer service - they sent me my phone back to the uk - i just had to pay for postage and am SO glad they got it back to me safe and sound!

Arrived yesterday at 7pm. Check in was fast. The chap left out a bit of detail. We are still unsure if we can use all three pools that are in the park plaza complex or just the one in our hotel! Anyway I will fully review after we’ve stayed the week and I will give credit where credit is due. We booked here with easyJet and upgraded to a premium room with sea/marina view on a half board basis. On check in we were given a room that was numbered in the 800 and told it was in the anex building! Instantly I was disappoint and had I known we were not in the main hotel prior to coming I would have made it a booking requirement. Honestly if you aren’t able to cope with stairs don’t upgrade at this hotel or complex. My mobility is fine I have recently became partial sighted and the stairs are all one colour and there are a good few! The room itself is nothing special - reminds me of a premier inn (nothing room with it just no luxury decor or features). Maybe the main hotel rooms are nicer! Sad to say I started my holiday with a slight disappointment and I encourage others if you want to be in the main hotel call before arriving! You feel like a bit of an outsider walking in and out the main door all the time! I enclose a picture of me seated on my balcony for reference too. No premium view here!

Great location! Reasonably close to the Airport. I only stayed for 2 nights but found the facilities to be excellent. Breakfast was included in my room rate and found that to be extensive and tasty. The room was location in the annex across from the main building which meant it was alot quieter. Room was spacious and comfortable, had an excellent night sleep. There is a small supermarket on site along with other bars and restaurants.

It is the little things that make all the difference. I am a long term Radisson Rewards Member, and one of the claimed benefits is a late check out. I was offered 11.00am as a late check out free of charge. Having stayed 10 nights in their most expensive room I was charged €50 for a 2pm check out. Not surprisingly those last moments before leaving ruined the entire experience. The experience up to that point met 4 star expectations; just.
