Aladdin Beach Resort

Not what we were expecting of a 4 star hotel, more nearly a 3 star hotel. Booked delux rooms not the best but ok. Drinks very basic cocktails not good. Food ok you’ll always find something to eat, but the main restaurant is extremely nosiey and unpleasant to spend meals in. Some exceptionality lovely staff some not so. Buggy not available for elderly person with us even though asked repeatedly never showed up. Not sure how some guests repeat year on year tbh. We were in the Long Beach last year no comparison and the same sort of price bracket.

Stayed here 2 weeks as guests who were returning but from the sister hotel Ali Baba and changed our booking to Aladdin side for this year as we much preferred the restaurants, bars, animation, lobby and the staff in Aladdin. Nice room serviced daily , clean pools restaurants and lovely gardens, very rocky entrance to the sea on the beach so take water shoes. Spirits are better than they were years ago when we first started coming to Egypt but i am a gin snob so take my own gin, mixers all branded coke, schwepps etc. Genie night club ok but the DJ was an absolutely MISERABLE person so we used the nightclub on Ali Baba side much better and the staff were lovely again in there. Access to games room, bars and water park all shared between to two except the beach restaurant and al a cartes but they were the same on both sides anyway. Buffet and nightly BBQ are 1000 times better on Aladdin side. Complimentary use of a room for shower and change of clothing on your last day if you had a later flight which was good to have as we could not pay to extend our room they were booked out.

We spent a week here at Aladdin and overall it was amazing!! All the staff are so helpful, especially the 2 Mohammed’s who work at the bar and the entertainment staff. I would really recommend this for a chill holiday with family, friends whoever.

The whole experience was amazing, the location is close to the airport and walking distance from a local shopping centre and supermarket if needed. Atmosphere is very family oriented and perfect for children. The entertainment team really put in the extra effort to make kids included and bring in an extra element to the hotel. They constantly work hard. Food is good quality and a while variety for everyone. Amazing value for money and will definitely be visiting again.

Amazing place, staff is great, à la carte restaurants great but avoid at all costs the Italian, just choose any others and you won’t regret the experience. Clean rooms, good drinks, staff always helpful, great entertainment team as well, we highly recommend this resort.
