A wonderful experience thanks to the people who truly make a difference We had the pleasure of staying at this resort in Egypt together with six of our friends, and our overall experience was a very pleasant one. Beyond the hotel itself and the services provided, what impressed us the most was the attention, dedication, and professionalism of the Guest Relations team, especially Madonna and Kathrin. Throughout our stay, we needed assistance with several different matters, and every single time we received their help, we were met with kindness, promptness, patience, and, most importantly, a genuine desire to make things easier and better for us. They helped us with making a reservation at the à la carte restaurant and also arranged a discreet and lovely surprise in our room for my husband's birthday. It was a beautiful gesture that made the occasion even more special, and we truly appreciated the thought and care that went into it. As I am lactose intolerant, I also needed lactose-free milk, and they were very attentive to this and made sure that I had what I needed throughout our stay. Another small but incredibly thoughtful gesture happened on a day when mango was being served at the hotel. We were away on an excursion with our friends and unfortunately could not enjoy it. Madonna and Kathrin remembered us and arranged for mango to be sent to our room. It may seem like a small gesture, but it meant a lot to us because it showed genuine attention to detail and demonstrated that they truly listened and cared about our wishes. They also noticed and reported to the management some minor issues we experienced with the internet connection at the beach, making sure that the matter was brought to the attention of the appropriate people. On another occasion, due to a personal situation that arose, they also helped us arrange a two-hour late check-out for one of our rooms, which was extremely helpful to us and greatly appreciated. Individually, some of these things may seem like small details. However, it is precisely these details that make the difference between an ordinary stay and one where you genuinely feel welcomed, cared for, and valued as a guest. Madonna and Kathrin are two people who truly deserve recognition and sincere appreciation. They were always kind, attentive, involved, and available whenever we needed them. Every request or concern we had was treated seriously and with genuine care. A hotel can have beautiful rooms, good restaurants, and excellent facilities, but it is the people who create the memories. And Madonna and Kathrin certainly contributed to the wonderful memories we will take home from this vacation. We would like to sincerely thank them for all their help, kindness, and attention towards us and our friends. It's very wonderful place. With very helpful staff and magical view , very clean place ,with very tasty food with wide range of cusine choices, i went there before and this year i took my family to enjoy its beauty I wish everyone goes there and enjoy magical time with peace and beauty of the place
