Amazing holiday , Gorgeous location, the staff are fantastic, so polite and helpful, always smiling and welcoming, Fathy Osama couldn’t do enough for us , always surprising us with delicious drinks and beautiful creamy coffee ! Always a huge smile on his face , he is a true credit to the hotel .. 10/10 x

One of the best hotels I have ever stayed in. You will not find better staff anywhere else. They could not do more for you. The food choice was great. 2 of 4 of our party have dietary requirements/allergies and we had no issues at all. I can not wait to return.

This hotel is really nice, and the staff is super professional. The rooms, pools, animation team, and food are all top-notch.
