first few days here are good. Food is nice and entertainment staff and staff in general are nice and helpful. no inappropriate attention wouldcome again

Amazing place to stay with great facilities and staff.

We’re do I start , went with two off my friends early birthday celebration and my first time visiting Egypt. We arrived at the hotel OMG, went to a room three beds curtains hanging off showers room discussing, they asked if room was nice , I said know , they showed us three more rooms they smelt off sewage and only had two single beds , last room again wasn’t the best but we expected it , it only had two beds so the had to bring another bed , we was tired by this time as ur was early morning. We had to pay more , which was a con as we noticed they do the same to everyone who came , we sew it with our own eyes , We eat in restaurants then my friend become ill sickness and diarrhoea had to stay in our room then I come down with it stayed in room , next day all off us unwell , didn’t eat in restaurant at all . We noticed lots of people and children and staff getting the sickness bug . It’s was very old hotel, people smoking in bar and reception it smelt disgusting and drinks was awful, glasses was chipped . To top it all two days for going they set traps for cats and kittens and said they was going to be killed , we saw one car in trap fighting for its life we told management and the day it wasn’t them so they removed it , till pet control came in and set traps . Please AVOID this hotel disappointed ☹️

Went to this hotel for 1week. Arrived late at night to be shown to our room, it looked more like a hostel. Curtains hanging off the window. Looking out to the main road , and not very good shower room. After looking at 4 different rooms we finally got a bit better room. We had to pay extra for this room. The food ( I say lightly food) was not edible, did not cater for English people. The group came down with food poisoning on the second day.🤮 Most of the staff were very good trying to make us comfortable. Please don't book this hotel if you want a good holiday 🤐🤮

I’m just back from 7 nights in this excuse of a hotel. On arrival we were shown to a 3 bedroom room that I could only describe as a prison cell, very dirty, curtains hanging from the window dirty and broken, after complaining we were shown 3 other rooms all disgraceful, the last room only had 2 single beds, they arranged to bring another single bed as we were 3 ladies away on a friends trip it was the best they had but it was at a price of £52, we had no choice but to pay. We later realised this is a set up con as we witnessed several arrivals being treated exactly the same, shown the same 3 bed room and eventually had to pay the extra payment. What can I say about the food, well maybe the best thing to say so you really do not book this hotel is that 5 of the days I stayed I was so ill with food poisoning, also one of my friends had it for 4 days, our 3rd friend started to feel poorly and we quickly gave her the medication we had got from the chemist which was across the road from the hotel, he was doing a roaring trade! At least 2 members of staff told us they were ill too but were still working in the restaurant. We met other guests too coming back with medication with the same illness. The whole hotel is old and smelt. Smoking was allowed in the so called bar which meant the reception and bar stunk, also sewerage smells all around. By far the worst thing of the week for us though was the experience of seeing a small kitten trapped in a pre set trap and left in the above 40 degree heat, screaming and gasping, we called staff over and made them release it and was told it must have been another hotel who did it….later we saw a pest control man re set the trap, which by the way was only about 10 feet from where we were sunbathing. We proceeded to shut the trap and they reset it and we shut it again. Unfortunately we won’t be there to stop them using this inhumane way of reducing the kittens around the hotel. The picture of that poor kitten will stay with me forever. It showed me how these people really are and I will never return not only to this hotel, but to Egypt because even in the other lovely hotels I have stayed all this is just covered up with finery and it’s just not right. I could go on and on, being ripped off in the shop on site, beer and fizzy drinks tasted awful. The reception staff were so unhelpful and arrogant. So avoid avoid avoid!!
