Nice hotel for this price! Excellent food, interesting activities with animators, good service, good location. Hotel has his own beach in 10 min. by its transfer. We are very glad that visited this hotel!

Very nice hotel, the staff and the animation are very polite.

Family of 4 from UK stayed 10 nights during mid August. Pros Food is good although repetitive The pool is large and clean Staff are mostly friendly Beds are clean and comfortable. Cons Hotel rooms are poor and outdated. Shower is mouldy with broken tiles and flooded the whole bathroom. Rear patio doors onto steet were broken and didn't lock. When I complained they said they knew ??!! but after further protests they sent someone to fix the door. TV and fridge barely worked and the electrics are concerning to say the least! Air conditioning in rooms hit and miss. Had to complain several times. WiFi very patchy. Non existent in rooms. Public areas very hot especially bar and reception area. As there is no air conditioning There is better WiFi there but it's too hot to stay long. Apart from meals the all inclusive facilities are poor. There is no self serve or snack bar. Flat soft drinks are served in tiny plastic cups. We didn't really bother with alcohol as we only got tiny cups of warm beer so we just bought this from the shop. Ice cream only available for 30 mins a day and again only a tiny blob in the bottom of a plastic cup. Location is poor. Hotel is on a dusty road. A couple of shops are nearby but there is nowhere to walk to without getting hassled. Didn't see entertainment so can't comment on that but no outside bar facilities in evening so we sat playing cards with water! I really wouldn't recommend the beach. It's a long drive and the beach is tiny with zero facilities. There is a bar but again it's the usual plastic cups and warm soft drinks. No snacks or alcohol at beach. Overall id say 3 stars but even that feels generous. However we didn't pay the earth so that has to be taken into account obviously

An absolutely wonderful stay from start to finish! The check-in process was seamless and we were warmly welcomed by the front desk team. The Room: Spacious, modern, and immaculately clean. The bed was extremely comfortable and the views from the balcony were breathtaking. We also appreciated the little touches like complimentary water and toiletries. The Food: The breakfast spread was fantastic—there was something for everyone, from fresh fruit to hot cooked options. We also dined at the hotel restaurant for dinner and were impressed by the quality of the food and the excellent service. The Service: The staff really made this stay special. Every single employee we encountered was smiling, professional, and went out of their way to ensure we had everything we needed. The Location: Perfectly situated right near the main attractions and public transport, making it easy to explore the city. We will definitely be back. Thank you to the whole team for a memorable experience!
