I had a wonderful stay at Pico de Patros Lagoon Club and really enjoyed my experience. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and spacious, and the housekeeping staff did a great job keeping everything tidy. The restaurant was very nice, with a good variety of fresh and tasty food. The staff were friendly, polite, and always ready to help. The animation team was one of the highlights of my stay. They were energetic, friendly, and created a fun atmosphere with different activities and evening entertainment. All the hotel staff were welcoming and helpful, from the reception to the restaurant and housekeeping team. Everyone made me feel comfortable and cared for. Overall, I had a great holiday at Pico de Patros Lagoon Club. It is a nice place to relax, enjoy good food, meet friendly people, and have a good time. I would definitely recommend this hotel and would be happy to come back again.

This is, without exaggeration, the best resort in the city — and we have stayed in many. What truly sets this place apart is its people. At the top is General Manager Hossam Abdelazez, and I cannot praise him enough. He is an exceptional leader — genuinely humble, approachable, and always present. Despite his position, he treats every guest with warmth and personal attention, offering his full support and making sure nothing is ever lacking. It is rare to find a manager who combines such professionalism with such sincere kindness. He sets the tone for the entire resort, and it shows. Equally impressive is Front Office Manager Ashraf Elnabawy — attentive, dedicated, and always ready to help with a smile. From the moment we checked in, his commitment to guests’ comfort has been clear in everything he does, and he has made us feel truly looked after. The staff as a whole are outstanding — always smiling, always welcoming, and never once have we felt like a request was too much. Their genuine hospitality is what makes this resort feel like home. A special mention goes to the dining team. Restaurant Manager Ibrahem Kassab runs an exceptional operation, and the quality and care in every meal reflects his high standards. Alongside him, Assistant F&B Manager Samir Mostafa is a pleasure throughout — professional, warm, and always ensuring the dining experience is second to none. I wholeheartedly recommend Pickalbatros Laguna Club Resort to anyone visiting Sharm El Sheikh. Five stars is not enough — this is a place, and a team, that you will remember long after your stay. Guests cannot order freshly made juices on demand, which is disappointing for a resort of this level. 🌊 Pools & Beach Swimming pools are available inside the hotel, but the beach, water activities, and aquapark are all located in the second hotel (Laguna Vista). Guests must cross the street each time they want to access these facilities. For solo travelers or those with older children, this may be manageable, but for families with small kids or elderly guests, crossing the street daily is tiring and unsafe due to traffic and stray dogs. 🎉 Entertainment The animation team is lively, offering daily activities and enjoyable evening shows. It’s perfect for peace and relaxation away from the crowds and noise. Small shops and restaurants are nearby, but for bigger nightlife or shopping, guests need a 15–20 minute drive to Naama Bay. The location suits those seeking calm, but less so for travelers who want vibrant nightlife right outside their door. --- ⚖️ Pros & Cons ✅ Pros - Spacious and clean rooms. - Very friendly staff, especially Mr. Adel and Mr. Ghali. - Access to two hotels (Laguna Club + Laguna Vista). - Quiet location in Nabq Bay, ideal for relaxation. ❌ Cons - Food needs improvement in variety and fresh juices. - Plumbing service can take more than 15 minutes; faster communication would help. - Beach, aquapark, and water activities are in the second hotel, requiring guests to cross the street daily. - Location is far from Naama Bay nightlife and shopping. 📝 Overall Impression If you are alone or with older kids and want quiet, budget‑friendly accommodation, this hotel is suitable. If you have small children or elderly family members and want everything close by with more activities and lively atmosphere, it’s better to book directly at Laguna Vista.
