Our vacation was absolutely wonderful! We really loved the hotel. From the moment we arrived, the welcome was excellent, and everything was perfectly organized. The quality of service and the professionalism of the entire team were outstanding. Regarding the service, we particularly appreciated the staff's speed and efficiency, the golf cart service, and the dining team. 10/10! Personally, I also give a 10/10 for the food quality. Everything was excellent, and cleanliness standards were very high—especially at the snack bar, the Turkish restaurant, and the hotel's various other dining venues. The pools, Jacuzzis, and water park were huge and truly fun. We had a great time enjoying all these facilities. The hotel's location is also very convenient. It isn't far from Sharm El Sheikh's main tourist attractions, which allowed us to visit several famous spots and explore the city further. As for the daytime activities, everything was truly exceptional: the poolside parties, water games, children's activities, and the kids' club were all particularly well-organized and highly entertaining. Finally, the evening shows put on by the entertainment team were extremely professional. The variety of shows offered each night was impressive, and the quality was excellent. I’d like to give a special shout-out to Loka; we had a fantastic time with him at nightclub. We also really enjoyed the outings and the moments shared with the group who was from the same resort that we made new friends with new memories who joined us. A magnificent experience from start to finish. We would love to come back and highly recommend❤️

Amazing hotel! Everything was clean, beautiful, and comfortable. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, and the service was excellent. We had a wonderful stay and would definitely come back again. Highly recommend! ❤️

Fantastic hotel The rooms are outstanding. Very modern and comfortable. We stayed in Block 14, which was such a central location and made everything really accessible for us. Our room was kept absolutely spotless by Ahmed Khairy, who did a fantastic job throughout our stay. We also had an issue with the shower flooding, and Mohamed Farag was brilliant in helping us get the problem sorted quickly. The food was beautiful and we particularly loved the curry made by Anil Kumar. The service from all the staff in the Mediterranean restaurant has been completely faultless — everyone was so friendly, attentive and welcoming, and we thoroughly enjoyed every meal. We have also loved spending time at the lobby bar. The drinks and service from Ibrahim Nagy, Magda Mohsen and Abdullah have been fantastic. They have always been friendly, welcoming and attentive, making the lobby bar a lovely place to sit and relax. We particularly loved the Arabic Stella served in the lobby. Because it comes bottled, you get a lovely fresh beer every time you have one — definitely a little highlight for us! Animation Team & Pool Parties The aqua aerobics has been one of the highlights of our holiday. My daughter and I loved it so much that we only missed one session during our entire stay! Our absolute favourite person taking the classes was Omar Mego. Omar deserves a very special mention. He was absolutely fantastic throughout our holiday and brought so much energy, enthusiasm and fun to everything he did. We took part in his aqua aerobics, Zumba and darts, and he made every activity enjoyable. He has such a brilliant personality and really knows how to get people involved, whether they are confident or just joining in for a bit of fun. I really hope management recognise just how much of an asset Omar is to this hotel. He has been one of those people who genuinely makes a difference to the guest experience. He gives every activity so much energy and enthusiasm, and even when he isn’t running an activity, he is constantly around the pool checking that guests are enjoying themselves and encouraging people to join in. His positivity is infectious, and you can see that he genuinely wants people to have the best holiday possible. People like Omar are exactly what makes a hotel memorable, and he deserves every bit of recognition for the effort, energy and happiness he brings to guests. He genuinely stood out to us and is someone we will remember from our holiday. Mego, you were amazing — thank you for making our days around the pool so much fun! I have to mention the pool parties! I have honestly never seen a hotel put on so many pool parties during one holiday. The animation team work incredibly hard putting these together, and you can really see the effort that goes into them. These parties made the days around the pool even more enjoyable. It was clear how much time and energy the whole team put into making sure the guests have a great time. The whole animation team worked incredibly hard and were always friendly and happy to help. Another lovely example was when we lost a bag at the pool. We searched everywhere in our room and eventually asked at the pool what to do. Moncef was passing by and could see we had a language barrier, so he stepped in, helped us explain what had happened and helped us retrieve the lost bag. That was such a kind thing to do and we really appreciated his help. Moncef was also fantastic during the evening entertainment and pool parties. He was brilliant at keeping the audience engaged and happy, and he really helped create a great atmosphere for everyone. He does a brilliant job of making sure guests are involved and enjoying themselves! He gave us the nickname “Mami and Dadi Cool”, which always made us laugh 😂 One Area That Needs Urgent Attention The only real negative we would mention is the main pool itself, which we feel needs urgent attention. There are a lot of tiles missing from the floor, leaving areas that are very sharp and uncomfortable underfoot. We found this particularly concerning as it could easily cause an injury if someone stands on one of the damaged areas. It really does need to be addressed before someone gets hurt. The aqua park and the other pools are lovely, modern and clearly much more recently updated, so the condition of the main pool really stands out in comparison. We would also say that the toilets by the main pool are in urgent need of updating. Bringing these areas up to the same standard as the newer parts of the hotel would make a big difference to the overall experience. Overall, though, we have had a fantastic holiday. The staff have genuinely made our stay so enjoyable! A huge thank you to everyone at the hotel — and especially Anil Kumar, Ibrahim Nagy, Magda Mohsen, Abdullah, Omar Mego and Moncef. You have all helped make our holiday one we will remember. We absolutely hope to return to Sharm one day! ❤️☀️
