Reef Oasis Beach Resort

Hotel was fantastic, lots of pools to choose from, great snorkelling can see loads of fish better than sharks bay, Good food - special thanks to lifeguards Mohammed at zill pool and sameer for making special cocktails and to malik at the relax bar with best cocktails and for lifeguard amr for always making sure we had clean towels and cleaning constantly - so welcoming so clean and definitely come back , and not to forget Romoney at the English bar making us welcome and giving us lots of wine and tequila shots 😁

It is a five star for Italian and Russian speaking guests. For the rest of the world communication is a problem. Sometimes it is very difficult. Just one example: I asked for a beer and got tea. The reef is the main reason we went there and it was really very good. The second five star is the Piazza Bar with the music shows taking place every night. The group is really successful in entertaining the guests and attracting them to participate and enjoy themselves. The third but also as important five star was Khaled our Guest Relations Person who did everything in his power to make our visit perfect. He never skipped a day without asking us if everything was ok. He even followed us till we returned home. Thanks for everything Khaled. If the management is interested in improving the resort, they should join the guests and observe what is going on without letting the employee know about them. We hope to re-visit the resort just because of the three items listed above.

Had a really lovely stay at Reef Oasis Beach Hotel. The highlight for me was definitely the service, especially at the lobby bar. Big thanks to Ahmed, Mohamed, Mahmoud, Saber (and the rest of the team whose names I unfortunately didn’t catch 😅) — you all made me feel so welcome every day. Also a special thank you to Chef Medhat and Ali for the amazing food and the extra care. It really made a difference. Overall, a great experience with friendly staff who genuinely look after you. Would happily come back!

A good and clean hotel with a well thought out territorial location. The food was quite diverse, it has several restaurants. The entrance to the sea is one of the best being smooth, perfect for both those who can swim and those who can't. Entertainment program is diverse every evening, so you don't have time to get bored. I highly recommend this hotel.
