Reef Oasis Blue Bay Resort & Spa

Another wonderful week here, our 10th stay and was treated so well by the staff and management. The adult relax pool area remains hard to beat anywhere, it’s peaceful, relaxing, plenty of loungers and pools very nice. Staff here really look after you with sun bed loungers and drinks. The room we had overlooking this pool was lovely, exceptionally clean and large. We had a small issue with getting the news channel on the TV but this was quickly resolved. Plenty of evening entertainment and music, piano bar also very relaxing, perfect for a night cap. The rooms have limited plug sockets so take phone charger battery as a back up and plug sockets that takes extra devices. Thank you to all the lovely staff, the management, pool guys and Emma, you really did look after us.

Visited here for an 11 day break in August. Had a lovely time staying at this hotel. Perfect location on the beach with its own jetty for seeing the coral reef and all the wonderful marine life. Room was spacious and always kept clean and tidy every day by the wonderful cleaning staff who were worth there tip. There are plenty of places to soak up the sun by the many pools. All pool and bar staff very helpful. This included the life guards as well. Infiniti pool was great. We spent time going between all pools but my favourite was the relax pool with the very funny Gehad who had a great memory for your drinks even when you didn’t need to ask. Make sure you sort him out and he will look after you. All good in restaurants was of a high standard. The main restaurant was always busiest and felt hectic at times but staff were always on the go making sure everyone was satisfied. Look out for Abdo at his table station on your right as you enter the restaurant. He will look out for you each time you come in and try to get you seated in his area. Again be sure to tip him as he does a great job at looking after you. Our favourite restaurant was sunset court. It is a lot calmer in there as I don’t think all nationalities are allowed in. Waed the manager has this place running like clockwork. Top man. He also appears in Sea breeze restaurant overseeing as well. This place we preferred for lunch as it could get hot. The hotel has a stage with the usual shows which we visited a few times but eventually decided it was a bit too loud and busy at times. This is not a criticism just our preference. There is also a Caribbean bar with live music which is an alternative to the stage shows. We also visited the piano bar at reception which was nice and cool and relaxing. If you are looking for a quick cool down and drink you must go to the pub just through from reception which is great to chill and even order food until 1.30 am. All in we had a great time in this hotel. There are mixed nationalities that stay here. There were a lot of Italians but mainly Russian families who can come across as very rude and mannerless with no please or thank you. Especially if you hold a door open for them and about 4 or 5 pile through without any acknowledgement. Maybe it’s just being to polite and British and can’t help queuing when others don’t. Other than that everyone one was fine. Summary Hotel was great. Grounds were well kept. All staff fantastic. Food was excellent. Reef was amazing.

Well having just returned from 11 nights at the wonderful Reef Oasis Blue bay I feel I need to give my verdict on this amazing place. My partner and I have been here twice before around 12 years ago and yes it was a nice place then but this time we were shocked how much better it had become. I can be quite a fussy eater after 2 or 3 days but this time around I was finding something different and delicious everyday. The Sunset court restaurant was so relaxed,also the Sea Breeze was amazing with beautiful views over the sea. The main buffet Restaurant Bay View was also top notch food but could get quite busy being the main restaurant All the staff in every restaurant were fantastic and friendly. The a la carte restaurants were also very nice,Fisherman's,la romantique(French) But the best for us was the Italian Al Dante. Food was amazing and the staff even better. Our waiter for the night was named( Ashley Cole)...thats what he told us..🤣 His sense of humour was outstanding making our night one to remember. We spent our days relaxing around the adults only pool...Well what can we say about this pool/Bar,Id honestly say we have never felt so at home than being in the company of these guys from day one I was met by Hossam the main pool guy,he sorted us towels and beds in super quick time he was charming,funny and made our stay here perfect. Not just Hossam but the guys who work along side are also so nice and polite. These guys never stop all day making sure everything is perfect from sorting towels and beds to making sure everything is clean and tidy. Which it always is.. Nothing is a problem.... Another shout out is the guys behind the bar serving and running drinks up and down the pool all day..Again funny,polite great guys. The Relax pool has a absolute great team there. Definitely gets our Golden buzzer award. We will definitely be returning next year and hope to be seeing some familiar faces. Reef Oasis just keep doing what your doing. Brilliant 👏 👏 👏

Excellent holiday once again at this fantastic resort, stayed here last year and decided to go back and it was just as good as we remembered it. Hotel room was spotless and cleaned everyday to a great standard, pools are also gleaming with the bar staff, life guards and waiters all a joy to interac5 with, nothing is ever to much trouble and all beaming with smiles. The resort reef is incredible and definitely my happy place!! Looks like we're booking again for next year and u can't wait..thankyou for a great holiday once again..

I would especially like to highlight the outstanding support and professionalism of the Restaurant assistant Manager F&B "Ashraf Ramadan Ali Mohamed" and assistant Manger of Rooms " Reda Alam El Din" Manager. Their intervention truly made a difference during my stay. Their attentiveness, availability, responsiveness, and ability to find effective solutions demonstrate a genuine commitment to guest satisfaction. In my opinion, these two managers are a real asset to Reef Oasis and an important part of the hotel’s success. Their professionalism, dedication, and presence make a real difference and reflect positively on the entire establishment.
