SUNRISE Diamond Beach Resort Grand Select

I really enjoyed my stay in this hotel. The staff were friendly and helpful, the food was delicious, and the atmosphere was very pleasant. The hotel is tidy and beautiful, I would like to stay here again once I come to Egypt again!

Im currently writing this review from the pool lol , its my last day here and I thought i should review while im enjoying the cold water ( finally ) (For people who dont like extreme heat , dont come in august, pools are boiling hot from 9am-4pm) BUT they are really clean ! I loved every pool even tho i only swam in 2 lol There are bars and toilets everywhere so you wont have to worry about walking , there is even busses ! Each hotel section has its own station and a phone to call the driver so they can pick you up ! -restaurants : no need to talk about the main buffet , it has wide options with great service everyone is smiley and friendly (Shoutout to chef.Eslam for making me delicious white pasta every lunch🍝 , and the pancake guy for writing my name with chocolate everytime😂 ) This hotel contains 5 a la carte restaurants we only tried 3 , AND PLEASE TRY THE INDIAN AND MONGOLIAN ONES THEY’RE SO TASTY OMGGG LIKE literally you wont have to worry about food at all😂 -security: as a 21yo female with arab family .. its so secure they let me walk all night alone 😌 -entertainment: i cant say much about this since im not that fan of shows and stuff , but they have daily dance stuff at the theatre, beach dance and face painting , Zumba salsa yoga sessions … i did love the daily live music tho ! 😍 And as a family with no kids there’s adults only spots everywhere ! I guess i talked about everything , ill also follow my review with pics i took ! I definitely recommend this hotel for families , i hope you’ll enjoy your stay just as we did 🥰

Absolutely amazing from start to finish. The staff at this hotel cannot do enough for you, Karim and Cap at the main pool were absolute legends, we never stopped laughing, they were so funny but yet very professional, Ibrahim again around main pool also fantastic. Location of hotel was very good too. There are a few shops within walking distance once outside the grounds, atmosphere is not stop fun if you want it or you can choose adult pool. The rooms were spotless and the towel art was a nice touch. The food, wow something for everyone, our favourite restaurants were Gamila and Italian, the staff Tarek, Yousef and El Sayed hope that’s right were so helpful and friendly and so funny too. Gamila restaurant overlooking the beach was amazing again Tarek, Sheriff and other members of staff could not do enough for you. There was only 1 slight problem and that is not the hotels fault but TUI, they did not tell us the amount of steps and for my mum with disabilities it was difficult for her to walk. However, there is a little bus that does go around the perimeter of the hotel , stopping at different areas. Would I go to this hotel again? 150% definitely yes. The staff are just so welcoming and cannot do enough. Thank you Sunrise Diamond Beach for an unforgettable holiday 😊

Mohammed at the family pool provided excellent service always willing to help. Remembered our drinks orders and was smiley and helpful all the time.
