Xperience Kiroseiz Premier

I stayed at Xperience Kiroseiz and honestly had a really nice time. The hotel has a fun and relaxed atmosphere, the staff were always friendly and helpful, and the pools were amazing. The room was clean, food was good with enough variety, and everything felt easy and comfortable. I left with very warm memories and would definitely come back again.

What a difference from our visit in February! Not nearly as busy this time, but the service from Beshoy at the Tropicana Bar was absolutely top‑notch. He had a sixth sense for empty glasses — the moment you finished one, another magically appeared. And the comic genius kept me laughing all week. A perfect mix of friendliness, quick wit, and the kind of jokes that make you snort into your drink. Honestly, I think I burned more calories laughing than I did swimming!

This was my second holiday in Sharm El Sheikh and I have to say that the hotels are the stars of the show. Sharm itself is a pretty soulless artificial city built purely to suck in foreign currency to Egypt. Apart from the hotels the best reasons to go there are the lovely 25c sunny days that you get during the British winters and the beautiful fish you see whilst snorkelling or scuba diving. The desert safari didn’t appeal to me at all. Anyway, back to the hotel. The service is excellent, the waiters can’t do enough for you. One of them used to bring me beers without me even asking. They show English Premier League football in one of the bars which a lot of hotels don’t. The main swimming pool is quite adequate with a dj in an island in the middle of it playing a good selection of music. It was quiet when we were there and there were always dozens of empty sunbeds. The two buffet restaurants offer a decent selection of meals to suit most people. You’re also allowed to dine at both the nice à la carte restaurants at no extra charge. One Chinese and one Seafood. Our room was one of the best I’ve ever stayed in and was massive with two king sized beds. Watch out for the slippery floor in the shower though. We always laid down a hand towel first. They had a different show in the amphitheatre every evening which were pretty average to be honest. That’s about all I can think of atm.

What an unforgettable holiday at Kiroseiz Premier / Kiroseiz Parkland! From the moment we arrived, every single member of staff went above and beyond to make our stay special. The service, friendliness, and care we received were absolutely outstanding. A huge thank you to Hassan in the Atrium Restaurant for always looking after us so well while waiting our table — always friendly, attentive, and welcoming. Ahmed, the Atrium Restaurant manager, was brilliant too… even if he was slightly terrified of riding my mobility scooter! 😂 Special mention to Michael in the Shisha Bar — we are really going to miss that lovely smiling face. Such a warm and genuine person who made every evening enjoyable. At the Dolphin Pool, Flemon was an incredible bartender who constantly kept the tasty drinks coming with a smile, and Abram, our amazing lifeguard, couldn’t do enough for us. He was always helping us get sunbeds and bringing lovely thick mats to keep us comfortable all day long. And we absolutely have to mention Tattoo Mark — fantastic service from start to finish! So chatty, friendly, and helpful. He took us to George & Minas for our tattoos, organised taxi service there and back, and even helped us shop around Naama Bay for the things we wanted. Truly went above and beyond! Oskar in his shop opposite the toilets near the Guest Relations. What a guy! He makes all the lotions and potions to fix anything! Go get his mosquito spray! Fantastic! Big shout out to everyone we haven’t mentioned by name — every single member of staff was amazing and worked so hard to make our holiday perfect. Nothing was ever too much trouble. Thank you all for making our stay so memorable. We leave with amazing memories and can’t wait to come back again soon! ❤️
