    I have never met a more amazing, kind and generous team of staff, I spent my birthday here and once they knew I was brought 2x cakes, birthday pancakes, flowers, was sung to multiple times and truly made the experience amazing ! This hotel is also in the perfect location, nice and close to restaurants, shops, marts and etc Rooms beautiful and also tidied perfectly Buffet breakfast was also incredible with such a large range of food that was delicious and slightly varied each day

    we had an amazing stay and the staff were all so amazing! i can not praise them all enough especially Sayka, Bagus the driver and Ariante who all made the stay so amazing. They bent over backwards for us and made this the best stay ever. Customer service is second to none.
