We had a very pleasant and enjoyable stay at Four Points by Sheraton Bali, Kuta. The professionalism of the staff was excellent, and everyone was extremely friendly, kind, polite, and welcoming. The team went above and beyond to accommodate guests and ensure a comfortable experience throughout our stay. The spa was one of the highlights of our visit, offering a wonderful and relaxing experience. Although the rooms are a little outdated, they are well maintained, and the cleanliness throughout the hotel was consistently excellent. The entire property was clean, comfortable, and inviting. What truly stood out was the exceptional hospitality and genuine care shown by the staff. Their warm and professional approach made us feel welcome and contributed greatly to a memorable stay. Overall, we had a fantastic experience at Four Points by Sheraton Bali, Kuta. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Bali who values excellent customer service, cleanliness, and a relaxing atmosphere. We would definitely more than happy to stay here again!
