Our second stay in one year and it's pleasure to inform you that this is a highly trusted brand , Four Points by Sheraton The service is the reliable excellent and the staff are superb especially Ade Duty Manager and Receptionist Merta and also the staff at the restaurant during our bfast Kris and Jos really nice, friendly and professional and house keeping staff Nia always quick and response to every request Well done guys keep it up good and definitely will return Jims #212

What a fantastic hotel, the facilities are amazing and the staff and brilliant. Everyone is so friendly and will help you out with anything you’d like. There are 3 pools (one specially for kids), the lagoon in the middle of the hotel open 7-7 and the roof top pool with bar open 10-10. The breakfast is amazing, best I’ve had in Bali and better than many across the word, open late too (no 9.30am cut off!). The rooms are nice and kept very clean. The rooms looking onto the lagoon have a very small balcony but a glass area to sit if you prefer to be in the aircon. The rooms with pool access look nice but no privacy when sitting outside. Street shops outside with many massages, things to buy, tattooists, lots of continence stores and many restaurant options. It is a small street with lots of bikes and cars (that you never hear inside) so just be careful as you walk. Not far walk to a big mall and to the beach. Highly recommend the hotel, would definitely stay again.
