Hard Rock Hotel Bali

Hard Rock Hotel Bali is a great choice for a short stay, especially if you’re looking for a lively and convenient location. The hotel was clean, well-maintained, and had everything needed for a comfortable visit. The location is a standout—right in the heart of the action, making it easy to access shops, restaurants, and the beach. It’s definitely a family-friendly hotel, which means it can get quite noisy at times due to kids’ activities and the overall energetic atmosphere. If you’re after peace and quiet, it may not be the perfect fit—but for a fun, vibrant few days, it works really well. Overall, a great stay for a short getaway

This was our 5th time staying at the Hard Rock. The last few visits the staff would do regular maintenance during our stay (which was during peak period for the hotel) and we didn't mind and didn't really catch our attention too much - things like varnishing the staircase, painting the halls. This time, however, it was even more prominent. The hallway reeked of paint thinner on 2 occasions and we worried it would get into the room during our 5 day stay. At one point we had to change room because they were doing construction in the room next to ours and the air conditioning system blew the smells of paint and varnish into our room and it was very strong - the entire family was bothered by it. On one day we had to leave our rented cabana, because they were doing more construction on an area overlooking he pool, which included large dust clouds and loudly grinding concrete. I get a little maintenance but it seemed that it affected us at some point each day of the stay and it was not relaxing. The staff are lovey and were understanding, and a lo of them have been a the hotel for many years, so we've always enjoyed coming back because of this, and they work very hard to make the stay enjoyable and pleasant. Sadly this will be our last stay.

Fantastic resort for kids! Amazing pools and activities. Great buffet breakfast. Location is central in Kuta but Kuta itself is pretty run down and the beach is very dirty. We had room 2103 which was very dark with a balcony that you can’t sit on as it’s too small. And view of a wall. We still had a great time as didn’t spent much time time in the room.

Best for family holiday. Big room n cleanest.

Good service and i like the atmosphere here, it’s also near the beach and markets. Totally good options in Kuta. Best of the best❤️
