Hard Rock Hotel Bali

Great hotel, with great pool and very friendly staff who provide great service. Would recommend booking a cabana before you arrive as hard to book when there. Jamie Oliver restaurant was really good. Huge thanks to Manik who looked after us in the bar at night the friendliest and happiest staff member ever. Also to Fajar who cleaned our room each day, one of the highlights for the kids was going back to the room to see the towel animal each day. Both a huge credit to your team. Enjoyed the live band each night, amazing singers.

We always stayed at Hardrock whenever we come to Bali. Kids loves it so much. All the staff are so friendly and helpful. They are so well trained and professional. Rooms are clean, knowing that we have kids, towels were given extra. Check in staff, porter, cleaner, restaurant staff, photographer, pool staff are so professional. They can even recognise the kids when we were trying to located them. Excellent service.

This is written with the help of my 8 year old. This was the best hotel I've ever been to i had a ps5 in my bedroom there was a massive pool outside and there was a great buffet i hope i can come here again.

Great family friendly hotel. Highly recommend if you want to be able to walk to everything.

First time staying here and obviously concerned some of the negative reviews but I thought that because of the pools the kids will love it and it certainly didn't disappoint. Room (3114) To be fair we stayed in the Roxy Luxury Suite which is the largest on the ground floor facing the chill pout pool so you have to compare apples with apples. It was so comfortable and more like a large luxury apartment than a hotel room. Note that this then made our following hotel feel like the size of the Bathroom. (Paradisus by Melia) although the resort is very luxurious. Hotel If you want to find issues with any hotel you can but stepping back I thought this was a very well run hotel and had no real complaints. Yes there are some signs that of aging but all kids are going to love the pools and slides and as many reviews say that going here and then to a very 5* in Nusa Dua the lids would rather be at The Hard Rock. Food When staying in the Roxy Suite you get the VIP privileges which means breakfast, cocktail hour and afternoon tea is in a seperate location right at our door step near the Chill out pool. We did try the main Buffett area for breakfast but it was busy with a line and kids running everywhere but there is more variety. At the VIP breakfast everything is made to order. If there was a slight negative it would be that the Buffett dinners were a bit average so most times we ate outside for dinner. Location Some will like some will hate but for us we are the type that like to walk and not taxi everywhere so it was perfect for that. Went to local dinners, massages and shopping which broke up the day. Kids Club With a 7 & 4 year old we use this every day which was included in our accommodation. Dropped them off at 9am and picked them up at 1pm to go swimming. The kids loved it and did rock climbing and crafts. This allowed us parents a little break but if they didn't like it then we would not have dropped them there. Conclusion You can scroll for hours looking at most positive reviews then you read one negative and that is it (That's how I roll). If you have kids and want 5* and be in the middle of everything I see why this is so popular. But again we staying in the luxury Roxy Suite so no point comparing to a small studio room there. Book direct and a bit further out for the best deal.
