Hard Rock Hotel Bali

We enjoyed our experience at hard rock bali. The staff are always inviting, helpful and friendly the whole place was always clean and well presented. This is our second time here and would reccomend to families indeed.

Nice hotel but not a place for couples,groups of friends or solo travellers. Tried to chill in what we thought was the chill out pool but spoilt by screaming kids,splashing around,throwing balls,shouting with very little regard for others (the chill out pool has a clear rule around loud behaviour, games etc), despite the hotel having four other kids pools waterslides water volleyball, everything kids could possibly want. Unfortunately, not the best Hard Rock hotel experience that we've had, really badly managed chill out pool area. Selected the room type based on being able to relax in the quieter part of the hotel but it seems this is where all the families are also based.

It was a wonderful hotel. All the staff were so kind to us and the children. Excellent food, clean facilities, and spotless rooms. The pool area was fantastic. Check-in and check-out were easy. There is really nothing to complain about. We will come back.

Hard Rock Hotel Bali is a great choice for a short stay, especially if you’re looking for a lively and convenient location. The hotel was clean, well-maintained, and had everything needed for a comfortable visit. The location is a standout—right in the heart of the action, making it easy to access shops, restaurants, and the beach. It’s definitely a family-friendly hotel, which means it can get quite noisy at times due to kids’ activities and the overall energetic atmosphere. If you’re after peace and quiet, it may not be the perfect fit—but for a fun, vibrant few days, it works really well. Overall, a great stay for a short getaway
