Such a amazing hotel… you don’t feel to go outside because everything you need is in here food, bar, pool, spa, even photography. I recommend this one to everyone. Photographer Adi and Team is super cool and everyone so welcoming ✌️🙏🏼

Best place to stay in kuta, stayed in room 5214, all rooms good

Everything was great other than when my 8 year old almost drowned and because I can't swim I thought the lifeguard was going to come in and help but he didn't. Finally my kid was able to save herself and when she got out she asked the lifeguard why he didn't help because she was drowning and he just said "so?" That was very disappointing. Now I can't even make my kid go back to this hotel because of her trauma.

"Absolutely amazing stay at Hardrock hotelbali . From the moment we arrived, the staff provided a warm welcome. The room was spotless, modern, clean. The breakfast buffet had a huge variety of options, restaurant staff name as Rama were very kind & helpful. and the location was perfect. Gym equipment is complete & workwell, staff name as Adi were cooperative offering me other facility at gym. I can't fault the place and will definitely be back!"
