Maya Ubud Resort & Spa

I really enjoyed the breakfast. The food was tasty, fresh, and served beautifully. The restaurant had a pleasant atmosphere, and the service was outstanding. The staff were very welcoming and made sure everything was perfect. Highly recommended!

Amazing property! So much to explore in the property itself. Amazing staff , always smiling , always going above and beyond to make sure your stay was very comfortable. The time we checked in we were greeted with this wonderful welcome drink that we had every single day. I wanted to highlight some of the staff that I came across trying to make our stay comfortable Mana , Yuda , Aris , Satria and Gede Butler

The breakfast at Maya Ubud Resort & Spa was absolutely delicious with a wide variety of fresh and flavorful dishes. Every meal was beautifully presented, and the quality exceeded my expectations. The restaurant staff were warm, attentive, and always made us feel welcome. Dining here was one of the highlights of our stay, and I would happily recommend this resort to anyone visiting Ubud.

What a magical place. In the heart of the rainforest, the resort and spa is fantastic. The reception, butlers, bar, restaurant and poolside staff couldn’t be more friendly and helpful - you don’t need to lift a finger 😃. The spa experience is unbelievable from full body massage, facial, bubble bath overlooking the river below - couldn’t recommend it highly enough. Both pools are infinity edge, one allows children U16, the other is for 16+ only …… both are incredible. All in all, I would highly recommend Maya Ubud ….. you won’t be disappointed. Dave & Martine.

There's not many hotels that really WOW me after travelling around the world for 50 years! But Maya Ubud is exceptional!! Absolute bliss, pure paradise the moment you arrive. The staff are phenomenal and can't do enough for you. The food at breakfast, lunch in all restaurants and evening dinners were delicious and so much choice, cocktails were delicious, the service was impeccable, infinity pools etc were outstanding. The MOST beautiful views across the jungle. I need to say a Huge, Huge thank you to our Butler Rani & Sukma who looked after us so well and our room was spotless. Also. I left my expensive handbag (with passports & all important goods inside etc) in the safe and a dress hanging in the wardrobe when we left to move onto Canggu and our very honest and kind butler found it and called us. We are so so grateful to you and the hotel kindly arranged a car to bring it to us to our next destination in Bali. Absolutely Incredible customer service from this hotel , above and beyond!! Our dinners in the evening were superb, the Nasi Goring as was my husbands curry, it was the best ever and the Teppanyaki Table was brilliant! The fire dance shows after dinner were fantastic. We will definitely be back and I cannot recommend this hotel enough, we left feeling incredibly relaxed (so relaxed I left my handbag in the safe!! Thank you again Maya Resort & Spa Ubud!!. X
