The place is so serene, from the front yard to the inside, everything is beautiful. All the staff are super friendly, attentive, and serve from the heart. The venue for wedding was decorated exceptionally beautifully and the Balinese beauty feels so strong. All the guests who attended were really impressed and loved it. The resort where we stayed was also really nice, great view and very clean.

I first stayed here in October 2017 with my friends and loved it. My husband and I then stayed here for our Honeymoon in October 2026. The resort has such a lovely, chilled environment which was perfect! The staff there are very kind, accommodating and friendly, especially Desi, Merta and Ari. Widi made great cocktails! The views at the resort are just stunning and it feels completely peaceful and zen. We loved the food, entertainment and company. We are definitely coming back to stay here again and would definitely recommend it to our friends and family

Beautiful hotel just on the outskirts of Ubud. Everything I imagined it would be and we were upgraded to a Villa giving us our own entrance, patio area with loungers, large room with massive king sized four poster bed, sitting area, large bathroom, plenty of storage space, mini fridge, complimentary water every day. Loved the sarong provided and straw bag to take your things to the pool. Torch, umbrellas and mozzy room spray also provided. Staff were exceptional, friendly and nothing too much trouble. The hotel was in a stunning setting with beautiful landscaped gardens in the hillside going down to a river. Two pool areas, one allowed kids, the other was adults only although a longish walk to the end of the property. Food was excellent - the breakfast offering was vast with all cuisines catered for and served until 11am. Afternoon tea was complimentary and happy hour provided drinks two for one! A variety of lovely entertainment from traditional to guitar to DJ accompanied us throughout the four days we stayed. We ate in the restaurant twice, delicious local food and really reasonable prices - around £50 for two people (2 courses with drinks). Hotel provided a shuttle to Ubud drop off and pick up. We used Grab (the local Uber) to get taxis back later in the evening when shuttle not running - bargain at around £4. Organised local laundry service to pick up and drop off washing via an app to hotel, no problem. Between busy Ubud and the relaxing Maya, we had a fantastic introduction the Bali.

We honestly cannot put into words how incredible our wedding at Maya Ubud was. From start to finish, the entire experience was absolutely perfect, and we genuinely could not have asked for anything more. If we could do it all over again, we would choose Maya Ubud without a second thought. There is not a single thing we would change. The setting on the plaza was simply breathtaking. Surrounded by the incredible natural beauty of Ubud, it was the most beautiful and romantic place we could have imagined to say “I do”. The atmosphere was magical, the scenery was stunning, and the whole experience felt incredibly special. It was everything we had dreamed of and more. One of the things that made our wedding so memorable was just how stress-free the entire experience was. Getting married abroad can feel daunting, but the team at Maya Ubud made everything feel effortless. Everything was so well organised, and we were able to relax, enjoy every moment and focus on what really mattered: celebrating our wedding and beginning our married life together. We never felt like anything was too much trouble, and that made such a difference to our day. We especially have to mention Rio, who was absolutely outstanding. From explaining everything clearly and guiding us through the process to being incredibly helpful, supportive and accommodating, he went above and beyond in every possible way. He made us feel comfortable and reassured throughout, and we always felt we were in the best hands. His professionalism, kindness and genuine willingness to help made the whole experience even more special. Rio became such an important part of our wedding experience that we genuinely couldn't imagine having done it without him. We are so grateful for everything he did for us, and we were genuinely happy to have him be part of such an important and personal moment in our lives. He is a real credit to Maya Ubud, and we hope he knows just how much of a difference he made to our special day. Looking back, our wedding was everything we could have wished for. The breathtaking setting, the exceptional organisation, the wonderful people and the completely stress-free experience made it truly unforgettable. It couldn't have been any better. It was perfect, and we wouldn't change a single thing. To anyone considering getting married at Maya Ubud, we would recommend it with our whole hearts. If you want a beautiful setting, an incredible team and a wedding day where you can simply relax and enjoy every second, this is the place. Thank you to everyone at Maya Ubud, and especially to Rio, for giving us memories we will cherish for the rest of our lives.
