Lovely friendly staff and beautiful resort, breakfast was very yummy and a wide variety. Pool was so nice and lots of areas to sit and relax. The whole resort was a slice of paradise. Only little things that were issues was the rooms were about tired and the shower had a bad smell from the drain but it went away after a few minutes. Kids club staff were so lovely and welcoming to my little boy

I had a wonderful stay at Novotel Bali Benoa. The resort is beautiful and perfectly located right by the beach, creating a relaxing atmosphere from the moment you arrive. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well maintained, making it a great place to unwind. What really made the experience special was the staff. Everyone was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help with a smile. Their hospitality made us feel valued and truly enhanced our stay. The facilities were also excellent, with lovely pools, good food options, and a peaceful environment throughout the resort. It’s a perfect place for a relaxing holiday in Bali. Staff name SAPUTRA is very friendly and helpfull He cleans my room Put a towel with dog shape (very cute) and the room was very clean and smells good I love the staff too
