Novotel Bali Benoa

From the moment you step out of the car at the entrance, worry not. Bags sorted and a seamless check-in. The hotel has a relaxed atmosphere. The gardening staff do a fantastic job creating a tropical feel in the very well maintained gardens. Your housekeeping staff take pride in their work, evident from the minute you walk in your room. With the activities available you may not have to venture far from the hotel. If you do the hotel is well positioned to explore a multitude of restaurants. The buffet breakfast has plenty of international options, the wait staff delightful and friendly. Need assistance or have a special request the reception staff are your go to. Shout out to Agung and Gung Sri - gave amazing guest experience. 🙂 A great stay takes team effort …… well done everyone at Novotel Benoa. I’ll be back.

I had such a beautiful experience staying at Novotel Bali Benoa and will absolutely be coming back. The location is fantastic, and the hotel itself is spotless and so well maintained. You can really see how much pride the staff take in everything they do. A special thank you to Agus, our room attendant, who was always so kind, helpful, and did an amazing job every day. It truly made a difference to our stay. I completely fell in love with the gardens. They are stunning. The level of care and attention to detail is incredible, right down to the placement of each rock. It creates such a peaceful and beautiful atmosphere. The breakfast buffet is something I’ll genuinely miss, with so much delicious food all prepared perfectly. The staff were always attentive, offering help whenever needed and doing everything they could to make our stay as comfortable as possible. The beach pool was the highlight of each day, calm, relaxing, and absolutely beautiful. I can’t wait to return. 🌴

Staff are extraordinarily helpful. The eating area is the best I've experienced. Clean, lovely rooms, not too noisy - perfect.

All staff were nice but Special mention to Agus for always keeping our room clean and Yuda and Wyntuah for their help as well!
