Nusa Dua Beach Hotel & Spa

Lovely stay at this hotel. The room had a lovely view and very comfortable. The resort grounds were large and beautifully maintained. The pools and beach were great. Although fully booked, it did not feel crowded and was very peaceful. The service was also amazing. We will be back!

I am quite surprised by all the glowing 5 star reviews of this hotel. Although some guests experienced the same issues as we did, mostly poor and very slow service, but also expensive drinks, warm beer,and a happy hour that seemed to be a secret. The pool areas are also quite small for the number of guests, and you have to fight to get a poolside sunlounger. Also missing tiles and slippery areas are a problem at the beachside pool. The buffet breakfast seemed understaffed with a lot of choices sitting empty before being replenished. The grounds are beautiful as is the beachside setting, the room was dated but comfortable. Nothing awful, just could have been better.

Wonderful location, you can walk along the ocean front & experience the other hotels. Our room came with a balcony & the basics are in the rooms. They are clean & tidy but a little worn. That said, pound for pound this is probably the best hotel in the area.

What an amazing experience at nusa dua beach & spa! From the moment we checked in, we instantly relaxed & felt on holiday!! Staff could not do enough for you, facilities were fantastic! It’s clean, tidy & you just feel so relaxed 😎 We fell in love with Bali & will definitely be back to stay here again too! Thank you to everyone for making our stay just perfect 👌
