Sanur Resort Watujimbar

We have been staying here since the hotel opened and we will never stop coming. The staff are absolutely amazing 👏 the food is wonderful and the pools are stunning. Cintya is very helpful and accommodating and so very friendly 😊

We spent 5 Days in a Grand Deluxe Pool View room which was large well equipped and comfortable… although somewhat dated it was well maintained and a good standard of cleanliness .. breakfast had plenty of choice fresh and clean … my only issue is the lack of poolside lounges … very few in the main area and the rest positioned over water … which made it sometimes impossible to find a lounge .. would not want to be here in a busier period .. really needs addressing .. would I consider a return visit ? For price and value I think the resort is worth a stay

The service was very helpful and friendly, the rooms are clean, they have a big pool which i like the most. Comparing the price and what i get its totally worth it.

I would rate this resort a solid 3.5, however, there is no option for that. If your primary needs are convenient location and nice swimming pools to lay out in the sun on a nice hot afternoon, this hotel is not bad. The cleanliness of the rooms and overall facilities are subpar, breakfast was less than stellar as well. The staff are very friendly and welcoming - Cintya helped us quite considerably.

This resort is very good value for money. The rooms are clean, the buffet breakfast is very good with Asian & Western options. The pool is beautiful with a pool bar and the staff are very friendly. 10min walk to Icon Mall and Beach. If you are on a budget, this is a great option.
