Sanur Resort Watujimbar

I went for free, so I won't complain too much. The pool is nice, especially with the bar, although it closing at 6pm is a major issue in my opinion... The breakfast buffet is fine, and lasts until pretty late, so no complaints here. My main issues are mostly with the construction work going on currently... It's noisy. And pretty ugly right now. The jacuzzis in the rooms are also pretty exposed to other people's homes, so there's not much privacy, and I have a feeling they don't clean it rigorously enough considering when we got there it was a bit dirty. The bed are comfortable, but I will say, the layout for the chargers in the room is horrendous, with a single charging port next to the bed (good luck if there's two of you)... My biggest problem is probably that : THEY DON'T GIVE YOU WATER ! Except for the water fountains, that are pretty dirty. We had to buy it outside... That's a disappointment for what is supposed to be a good hotel, in a country when you cannot drink the water from the faucets. The staff was otherwise really nice and attentive, Lintang was in particular very happy to help us. Overall, it's a nice hotel, but I wouldn't want to go back until the renovations are done, there's still a lot left to criticize. Don't know if I'd recommend though.

Wonderful staff and great location. The hotel is old but clean and comfortable. They are in the process of renovating which it needs. Would stay there again and the price is great for sanur

Great stay. For a big hotel we felt very welcome and comfortable. Great location, breakfast had a great selection. We will stay again.

Location of accommodation is absolutely fantastic close to shops, beach and lots of restaurants. The resort has an outstanding pool. Staff are friendly and helpful especially Cintya how we saw most breakfast’s & at reception. Definitely will be returning.

We have been staying here since the hotel opened and we will never stop coming. The staff are absolutely amazing 👏 the food is wonderful and the pools are stunning. Cintya is very helpful and accommodating and so very friendly 😊
