Lingtang has made our day the way he welcomes us everyday. Great people and service Fridge was broken in our room. Reception arrange replacement same day.

Most beautiful staff, felt so welcomed. Lintang was our favourite. So loving and vibrant. Rooms a bit old, semi clean. Pool is amazing, food was nice. Overall would return ❤️

As usual an excellent stay at Sanur Resort. We always enjoy our stay here and the location is very user friendly. All staff are genuinely helpful and welcoming offering a high level of service . Restaurant always delivers with a fantastic range of delicious food at reasonable cost. Wednesday night entertainment from a fabulous talented Duo was very enjoyable. The pool is always impeccable and poolside music is not over loud. One suggestion would be to have more shade umbrellas available. Rooms are spacious and bring a high standard of cleanliness. I would not hesitate to recommend this resort and look forward to our next visit in July this year

From the moment we arrived we felt extremely welcome. The staff, including Cintya at reception, Cynthia and Dian and Anita in the restaurant are AWESOME. Very friendly. We recommend this hotel 💯
