Sthala, a Tribute Portfolio Hotel, Ubud Bali

Had an absolutely amazing stay at Sthala Ubud — truly a top-notch experience from start to finish. The property is beautiful, peaceful, and perfectly located to enjoy the charm of Ubud. The rooms were comfortable, and every detail felt thoughtfully taken care of. The food was absolutely amazing — every meal was delicious and well-prepared. What truly stood out was the staff: extremely friendly, courteous, and genuinely attentive. They went above and beyond to ensure guests were taken care of to the fullest, making the entire stay feel special. Also, a big thank you to the spa team — Ika, Sri, and Cantika — for the amazing body and face massages at the spa. It was a truly relaxing and rejuvenating experience. A special mention to our driver, Wayan Prancita, who was arranged by the hotel. He made the trip even more memorable with his friendly nature and deep knowledge of the area. He went above and beyond to show us around Ubud and ensured everything was smooth throughout. Highly recommend him as a safe and dependable driver. Service was top of the line. Both Gayatri and Trista were so welcoming, this was my first spot in Ubud and I am so grateful I chose Sthala. Both Gayatri and Trista ensured I felt safe and made me feel at home Check in was quick and easy, same with check out. They helped me with my bags and also walked me to my room when I arrived. I am so grateful. I highly recommend this hotel

Its a very nice hotel. Location is great and so is the staff at Sthala. Restaurant food is delicious with lot of options to choose from. Special mention to Duwi and Desy for sending cake to celebrate special occasion.. Would highly recommend this hotel for your stay.

Oh my gosh, everything about this hotel is top notch! The staff, for starters, were the most gracious, helpful staff i have ever encountered. The food in the restaurant was phenomenal, except for the seafood buffet, which was a huge disappointment. The pools were beautiful, the spa lovely, the views incredible. I dont have anything negative to stay. I'd come back in a heartbeat!
