Sthala, a Tribute Portfolio Hotel, Ubud Bali

The stay at Sthala was memorable and wonderful. We had a lot of fun. The atmosphere was beautiful and clean. The service was amazing and the staff was very polite and sweet, especially Diah, she was with us during our entire stay and made our stay even more comfortable.

The hospitality at the Sthala Ubud hotel is unmatched. There is always someone ready to greet you, like Putri! Adit, our shuttle driver, took his role very seriously and was also funny and personable. Everyone worked hard to remember our names, especially Vika. This made our daily breakfast experience very special and anticipated. The views from the hotel are incredible. The massage and facial I had were one of my best EVER! This property is impeccablely clean and very safe. Thanks for making our time in Bali memorable!

Our stay at sthala has been amazing. From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed like royalty, offered a cold towel to refresh and a welcome drink. Once we got up to our room we were amazed at how clean everything is and the bed! It was huge! And very comfy! Definitely made our stay and sleep even better. The housekeeping staff were super lovely and left us a towel animal every day and a small note, which we communicated our thanks to them each day. The staff here at the restaurant and rooftop bar were amazing and so attentative to your needs, especially Vika and Ranhik. They were absolutely fantastic and remembered our names and that I was sick so they offered to get me hot ginger tea at every breakfast. They were also lovely to chat with and give us some ideas of where to go to explore Ubud a little more. All in all a wonderful experience, every staff member was so happy, said hello on passing and happy to help you with anything you needed no matter where in the hotel you were. We will definitely be back on our next trip to Bali, thankyou for everything.

Had a truly wonderful stay at Sthala, a Tribute Portfolio Hotel, Ubud Bali. The room was beautiful, spacious, clean, and very comfortable with an amazing peaceful Ubud atmosphere. The birthday decoration and warm hospitality made our stay feel extra special and memorable. Special thanks to Ms. Candra Dewi who kindly accepted and arranged our special request through email before arrival. Everything was prepared perfectly. Huge appreciation as well to Kak Putri from the Front Desk for the warm welcome and excellent hospitality. She organized our room beautifully and even helped arrange our late check-out. She was incredibly kind, attentive, and wonderful throughout our stay. Thank you also to Bli Hendra from the Front Desk team who helped organize our extra bed and even assisted us with transportation to the Ubud area and picked us back up to the hotel. Truly exceptional service. And special thanks to Bu Desak at the breakfast buffet for warmly welcoming us every morning and organizing our table so nicely during breakfast. Every staff member made us feel genuinely welcomed and cared for. Definitely will be back again for another stay. Highly recommended! !!!
