Sthala, a Tribute Portfolio Hotel, Ubud Bali

Location is very scenic and exotic. Tropical vibes. Good staff and management. Dea and all other staff members were very pleasant and welcoming. We enjoyed our breakfast and stay, also dinner.

We had such a lovely experience thanks to the amazing service. The staff was incredibly kind, helpful, and attentive throughout our stay. A special thank you to Ety, who was very informative, helpful, and always willing to assist us. We truly appreciated her warm hospitality and excellent service!

I booked 2 rooms for 3 nights from 22-25 Aug at the Sthala Ubud. My friend and I have had a wonderful stay the whole duration. Staffs are very attentive and friendly; they did their very best to fulfil our request from car rental, direction & recommendation to places, providing us yoga mat to salute the sun early in the morning at their yoga deck. The Sungei Restaurant at Sthala is perfect! Breakfast spread is superb, for all 3 days, the breakfast is kind of like a highlight of our day. We also had 2 dinners at the same restaurant, besides food, we appreciate the chance to dine in such serene environment, with water flowing in the river, birds singing in the background and surrounded with lots of greens and woods! We would like to thank the Sthala team, who have had made our stay a memorable one! Special thanks to Ms. Putri, who has gone the extra mile from day one during checkin through our last night at Sthala! She is always smiling and that’s making us feel like home, a reliable and comfortable place to chill & recharge. We will definitely return to Sthala and I hope it will be sooner than later!

We had a great time in Ubud and our stay at Sthala was pleasant. Facilities are top notch. Rooms are a little dated but decent enough. I would rate this property as 4 star maximum. We had a problem with one room and they moved us to a better one without hesitation and were cooperative. Price of food is a little on the expensive side but that's ok. It is one of the better properties in Ubud which is a little outside so saves one from the heavy traffic in Ubud centre.

Specific employees who truly made a major impression, Pande, from the check in, to helping with all the requests either at the hotel or for dining, touring and travel, he was by far No.1, then Tya was always kind, generous and helpful. Vong, Hendy and Putri throughout our stay, always checked in with us to make sure we were comfortable and making the best of our vacation. Highly recommend this hotel.
