Hotel LIVVO Valle Taurito

What is really sad about this hotel is it could be absolutely amazing if the hotel group pulled things together… Super quick arrival, lovely friendly welcome and some packed food as we arrived late (sandwich, biscuits and a water / not the best) Room (319) very good, nice deco, big bathroom, double (twin) bed and a sofa bed (double) for kids. Would be made better if there was a partitioning for kids rather than one big room. Restaurant We never had an issue here, always something to eat, freshly cooked meats (help yourself off the joint) and themes but did get very monotonous towards the end of the 10 days!! Always some sort of Pork dish Always kept clean and staff work really hard here Pool area and Poolside Bar Really needs a good clean and some TLC. Bed policy not upheld, reserved from 06:30am. Pool poo’d in twice and closed for two days Only ever one staff member on bar, queues regularly, area not kept clean and bins often overflowing. Snacks are shocking, not kept fresh so avoided these for the whole holiday. Drinks are very syrupy. One good point if you dont drink alcohol is they have 0% available on All Inclusive Entertainment and Venue Well this is piss poor too. They try their best but short staffed, what is advertised does t always happen. The show venue is dangerous with lose/broken floor boards, not enough tables for the number of people on resort and mimed shows…. Golf, run down, water switched off and looks like an abandoned part of the complex… dont pay €5 each if a 4 - you can share clubs Spa Again needs alot of TLC but is good value at €15 for 2 hours Waterpark Again very run down, needs a good clean and some TLC. Two slides not working when we arrived, one not fixed at all by time we left. BE AWARE this is completely salt water venue. Bit of pool (tiles) missing and water not filtered and bits floating in it Overall resort Just needs a good clean. Can’t really walk anywhere and remote. Good bus links to neighbouring towns and very cheap. On resort shops are not to expensive, a few good bars on the beach showing live sport and serving good food if you want a change Conclusion We always make the best of our holidays, kids enjoyed but this is defo not a resort we would choose to come back too

The rooms are spacious and clean, the staff are friendly, and the hotel facilities and water park are a solid 10/10. However, there were 2 major downsides that unfortunately spoiled our holiday: First, the buffet. Before booking, I had read several reviews about the poor quality of the food, and unfortunately I have to agree. Honestly, I would recommend booking accommodation only rather than the all-inclusive package. This is not the staff's fault at all, you can clearly see they do their best with the ingredients they are given. During the day, the all-inclusive snack options are also very limited: just 2 types of salad, burgers, and hot dogs. Not ideal if you cannot eat meat or pork as it is mixed meats (pork, veal). Fortunately, the restaurants near the hotel are excellent and very reasonably priced. The second issue is that the hotel is huge (6 floors) but only has 2 elevators. During our 1-week stay, they broke down several times, which made getting around quite inconvenient. On the positive side, the entertainment team is fantastic, especially for children. One of the best experience of my life beautiful place to stay relax and enjoy with your family and friends, everything around . Pharmacy shops, and the hotel the best food 🥘 ever , breakfast amazing, lunch 🥗 just delicious and dinner extremely excellent. Well recommended to everyone. My son take for my birthday present 🎁 best choice and best present 🎁 ever

A worrying hotel for a 3/4 star A few things I would remember when booking. No kettle in room The floor around the swimming pool and water park very hot. Also lots of stones in water park. 1 cut foot. The snack bar is awful. Think of hot dogs/ burger sitting out not at the correct temperature. A few bits of cake and a bit of salad. 1 bar for the whole hotel. No snacks before 11 or after 6. The sofa beds are horrible bend in the middle and make a sound every time you moved. You get given 1 bottle of water. For the whole stay. The bed sheets and towels have holes in them. The transfers to and from air port are horrible stop 10/11 on way and didn't make it as coach couldn't get round all the streets had to take taxi.Nearly 2 hours on way back. When was told 1. The entertainment area is awful and not enough space. Also kids club is in the hotel opposite not in valle hotel. They say the have entrainment but only saw 1 water polo game in 10days.

The location is good when you have a car. Otherwise, there is nothing to do if you don't. The staff is very sad and not very friendly. The rooms are big, but the kids sleep on a small sofa bed (despite paying full price). My child is 14 and the same height as me, and the sofa bed was too small. When I asked for a normal bed for my kid, they said no. The atmosphere in the hotel is definitely not a holiday one. Entertainment was really poor. The entertainment area is littered with rubbish and has some old wooden picnic tables. And not enough of them. Rooms are clean but tired. All the balconies in front of the hotel, so a quite chilled evening with a glass of wine is impossible, as you will have constant noise from the buses that stop by the main entrance of the hotel or from the playground and arcade opposite the hotel. The restaurant is old and tired like a school canteen. Food is horrible, bland, and repetitive; sometimes it is basically disgusting. Hospital food is 100 times better than this. Thank God I was there for only 1 week!! Worst hotel I've ever been to! The spa was dirty and old, and kids were not allowed in the spa pool.
