Montauk Restaurant-Hard Rock Tenerife - Adeje. Excellent food - complements to the chef (lobster and ribeye were delicious) and the services provided by Valentino and Romen were of a high standard very friendly snd professional- please keep up the good work as it was appreciated on our 30 th Wedding Anniversary and special touch with the dessert for our memories.

Superb hotel with excellent amenities (including spacious rooms, excellent pools, restaurants and spa facilities) and the usual relaxed & fun Hard Rock "vibe". However, what really separates this hotel from the competition is the truly amazing customer service - from the bar staff, to the pool attendants, to the front desk, every one of the staff were a pleasure to deal with. Very special shout-out to Arantxa and her team (including Antonio & Daniel) on the Rock Royalty floors - they were fantastic. It is people like this that will keep us going back to the Hard Rock!

Everything was totally nice. The Room and the whole Site were clean. The personell was very nice and helpfull, especially Fabian at the Pool Bar war very Sweet, especially to our Little one.

Stayed at Hard Rock Tenerife and went to the Lagoon pool Bar every day. Staff are lovely especially Georgie. She always served us with a smile very friendly and helpful. Definitely a valued member of staff thanks Georgie

We’ve just had two weeks here and have absolutely loved every minute. The hotel as always is fantastic and the staff are amazing. Special mention for Myriam for her superb hospitality and to Marianna, Adam, Daniella and David at Eden for keeping our glass topped up. This is very much our happy place ❤️
