We had a birthday cake booked in the reservation and asked the receptionist the be delivered at our dinner at the Bones, but unfortunately they didn’t have it when we arrived , but Vanessa and all the staff made sure we were well looked after, and made sure we had a candle on my son dessert and singed happy birthday 🥳, well done thats what hospitality is about 👏🏻 food was very tasty 🤤

Big family holiday 9 adults 4 children Rooms, where really clean and spacious, cleaned everyday no stress. Pools, we stayed by the top pool next to the landi village meant to be the quiet pool, some days has music some days it's doesn't preferred it with, alot younger kids around this pool, the big pool by the reef bar has the spirts and frappuccino, all self service at the quite pool. Food, the steak house and Italian that you can book are 100% worth it, the buffet is nothing to worry about tho alot for everyone with themed nights. Landi village extra wrist band, Not worth it the bands domt seem to make a difference anywhere in the hotel was a shame we paid extra for nothing. Entertainment was really good different every night kids club is a great time some you can have dinner then get down to the show. Overall we had a great stay kids and adults enjoyed every moment

We stayed her as part of a big family holiday. There was 13 of us in total and this holiday was a compromise between all of us due to affordability. We decided to pay the extra for the Landi village room and to be honest I’m not sure it’s worth the extra money. Only 2 out of the 5 families in our group paid extra for the Landi village rooms and other than a kids tent and a chalkboard the rooms were identical in fact one of the Landi village rooms was probably the worst out the 5. We were split up all over the hotel which wasn’t an issue but check in was chaotic. We checked in first and were in our room and unpacked before the rest of our party had even got to their rooms. The dedicated Landi village area is a free for all and used by everyone regardless if you are a Landi village guest or not. There is a bar there but everyone uses its not dedicated. We saw entertainment at the pool on a few days during our stay but not ever. The buffet is basic at best. It is definitely not going to be the best buffet you’ve ever had but it’s consistent every day so you know what you’re getting. We did eat in the Italian à la carte and that was good, and a refreshing change to the buffet. It’s a 4 star hotel and it’s not trying to be anything else so if you’re expecting high class service don’t. You won’t be getting it

This is probably the most honest review your going to get, the services we didn’t use or options we didn’t choose won’t be mentioned as I find this is what people try to pick fault with when really it’s not necessary, they just want to try and moan about something. I’m writing this review still having one day left as I just need to tell you how good this hotel is. We are a family of 5 with 2 adults 3 children aged 15,11 and 8 and my mum with 2 rooms booked. We didn’t go for the landi room as we wouldn’t have benefited from the extras really. We are in Block F and my mum and daughter was in Block J (a couple days into the holiday, my daughter came in our room and they set up an extra bed) Check in was quick and easy, we had a late flight so got a ham and cheese sandwich (no butter) and a drink of choice from machine. Buggy dropped us off at our rooms and was welcomed to a lovely spacious room on 2 floors. Beds are soo comfy but as usual with a double bed it’s 2 singles pushed together. Not an issue because you only sleep in there! We have chosen to stay around the quiet pool all holiday as was easier with the kids being by the Nautilus snack bar, as the main pool only had a small snack cabin with limited food. A lot of people was walking from the other pool to come to the Nautilus Snack Bar. The food here is great, options for everyone. It has been a different cuisine every night, not repetitive at all apart from there’s a lot of steak which we as a family don’t mind at all. Remember this is an autism friendly hotel so the kids options and beige foods will near enough be the same. What we find is some people will pick fault with the tiniest of things that necessarily doesn’t ruin your holiday just different opinion. We have done a lot of all inclusive holidays and this hotel was the BEST food we have ever had in regard to the choices and the quality of food. My mum has done more than me and her opinion is the same as ours. We usually bring loads of packets of super noodles for my youngest to eat and he ate more here than he has ever done and super noodles wasn’t needed. We didn’t use any of the à la carte as the set menus wasn’t for everybody so didn’t bother. We went out to the village one night to celebrate our wedding anniversary and ate out in Vigilia Park. The food was incredible. Also the Sony shop was the cheapest we found for fridge magnets, squishies etc and he was very friendly too. We walked to the village (turned left out by the reception) it was a lovely walk to be fair and not as bad as I thought it would be. We also walked down to see the beach and visit ALE-HOP (there is a bigger ALE-HOP at the marina) you go out the gate near the splash park (key required) over the crossing, down the side of the tennis court, turn right, cross over and follow it round. We also saw dolphins out to sea when looking out 😀 was great 🐬 The pools were fab! We arrived 22 Aug and there hasn’t once been any sun-bed wars at the quiet pool, as a matter of fact while writing this at 10.38 there’s still lots of sunbeds available. It is A LOT busier by the main pool so maybe this is where the wars was. The splash park is a lovely area which my 8 year old loved too, great for young ones. The paper cups aren’t as bad as what people make out just double up. But if you want to bring your own then do. There’s also water stations on every floor and water in the snack bar. We went to kids entertainment on the first night and watched Queen Tribute, which was very good, but my 8 year old is football mad so he just wanted to kick a ball wherever he could, there was a group of kids all playing football near the sunset bar, The waiters even join in whilst walking round. Big shout out to Nicolas who my son called the G.O.A.T of waiters 🤣 we sat out there instead every evening and the later entertainment there which was fab! The cleaners work their arses off every day to make this hotel spotless and they clean everything! You do get the odd whiff of egg from the drains from time to time, but just remember there’s 1600 people in the vicinity and the drainage systems are known to not be the best abroad anyway. Overall this has been the best holiday ever, there’s not one fault what so ever for OUR holiday. Everybody has different views! Or moan about things that’s not relevant to your holiday. Don’t let other reviews put you off, find out for yourself and let the moaning Minnie’s carry on moaning.

This was our second time coming to Landmar and it did not disappoint so much so we are booked in for 2 weeks in September for my husbands 40th and cannot wait. The hotel is spotless, the food is great in the buffet and the restaurants. The staff do everything they can to make your holiday as stress free and entertaining as possible. The pools are fantastic and I cannot wait to see the kids faces when they see there is now two slides instead of one. We have actually got our parents to come in September after telling them how great this hotel is. The pool snack bar is a great alternative for lunch and although the hotel is on a hill (Tenerife is a hilly place so it is to be expected), it makes for amazing views and sunsets! The rooms are spacious and great to have the kids in the living area with their own space.
