On arrival at this hotel we paid a deposit of 150 euros we went for a meal at the hotel one night buffet style dinner got a couple of drinks and went up to see food at buffet we got a plate of some salad tomatoes cucumber and onions when we went to see what was for main dishes it was just pork and beef which we don't eat We finished our drinks and I explained to the guy I'll pay for drinks but I'm not paying for the meal because there wasn't anything there we would eat When we arrived back home the deposit got repaid 2 weeks later and they had took the 56 euros for the meal of our deposit saying because we had sat down with a plate you are required to pay the cost of a meal it's the dearest tomatos and cucumber I've ever bought absolutely shocking had booked to go back at Christmas and new year which will be getting cancelled now

Only stayed for 2 nights but what an amazing hotel definitely would come back

There is beautiful place and excellent employe

We were staying at another hotel in Puerto De La Cruz but had heard great things about the rooftop bar which non staying guests could use after 6pm. We visited and thanks to the amazing and friendly service from Carlos we have booked this hotel for our next visit. Hotel is clean and beautiful and the rooftop pool and bar is stunning! And with staff like Carlos all guests are in great hands.
