Couples Negril

My wife and I had an absolutely amazing stay at Couples Negril. We've been fortunate enough to travel to many beautiful destinations over the years, and this resort has earned a spot on our very short list of places we'd gladly visit again. The food and beverages were excellent, with plenty of variety and consistently high quality. We never had a bad meal, and there was always something delicious to try. What really set Couples Negril apart, though, were the activities—especially everything on the water. We took advantage of as much as we could, including snorkeling, night snorkeling, the sunset catamaran cruise, the glass-bottom boat tour, sailing, and simply relaxing and floating in the crystal-clear water right off the beach. Having so many included activities made the vacation both exciting and relaxing. The staff throughout the resort were outstanding. Everyone we encountered was friendly, welcoming, and genuinely seemed to care that guests were having a great experience. The service was excellent from start to finish. We enjoyed our stay so much that we recommended Couples Negril to our daughter and her boyfriend. They recently stayed there and absolutely loved it too, which confirmed that our experience wasn't just luck. One tip: Take a walk up the beach to Office of Nature. If you're visiting during lobster season, you can enjoy fresh lobster or fish caught right from the sea, along with fantastic drinks and a fun, laid-back beach atmosphere. It's definitely worth the short walk. If you're looking for a beautiful adults-only resort with great food, outstanding service, and more included water activities than you'll know what to do with, Couples Negril is hard to beat. We highly recommend it!

Located on seven mile beach, couples swept away is paradise. Welcoming friendly staff in restaurants and beach bars. Rooms and resort are well maintained. The atmosphere is relaxing and there are lots of free activities to do. No excessive noise and it was good value for what we paid. Thank you to Kadie at the palms restaurant for keeping us cool with her special lemon scented cold cloths and to Garvey at the beach bar for making sure we had drinks at our sun loungers. They both went above and beyond to make sure guests enjoyed their holidays.

We have been to this resort 8 times and love it!!! I’ve reviewed it extensively before so I thought I would just concentrate on the vow renewal. We had originally booked for our actual 35th wedding anniversary but a family tragedy 4 days before had us scrambling to see what we could salvage of our already booked and paid for vacation. 1 phone call, 2 emails and rebooked airfare later, we were all set. Couples let us move the entire booking including the renewal and upgrade we had booked to the next month with no penalties at all. Now that’s top notch customer service. Our renewal was on a Sunday and it was supposed to be on the beach at 3. Well, it poured that day but Sanya pulled a rabbit out of her hat and the area by guest relations that overlooks the pool and beach was transformed for our renewal. It was beautiful, Teddy took wonderful photos of us and the minister did a fabulous job. We had paid for the upgrade which was a dinner on the beach and a couples massage. We had the massage the day before which was fabulous and relaxing. Dinner was Sunday night, again supposed to be on the beach, which was soaked so no thank you!! It was moved to the massage hut on the beach which was perfect. Dry and private. Kayvon was our waiter, he was so attentive and discreet. The food and ambience was fabulous. If you are thinking of getting married here or doing a vow renewal, I cannot recommend it enough. From Stephen who I dealt with via email and then Sanya at the resort, they made it so easy. I feel they and the resort went above and beyond to make our day magical and special. And totally stress free!!

This is our fourth visit to couples Negril and we are celebrating our 46th wedding anniversary this time! This Resort is unlike others that you will go to because of the people.. the staff is amazing and they remember you from year to year.. the administration / management team will go out of their way to accommodate your wants needs and desires the restaurants do their very best to create a dining experience that makes you feel like you're in a five-star restaurant or that you're just in a great Beach Diner.. everybody from the pool maintenance people to the entertainment team shout out Tiana and Rasheeda to the bartenders and staff waiting the tables and the groundskeepers and security.. every time they pass by our room they stop ask how we're doing and greet us and chat for a moment. Also a shout out to the guests that this Resort.. we have chatted with some wonderful people from all parts of the world and it's part of what makes these trips memorable. So far this week we have participated in trivia games music trivia cooking demonstrations Martini making classes Margaritaville demonstrations know your spouse games Minute to Win It and that's just a sampling of the activities we have participated in. The pool temperature at this Resort is amazing the water is a perfect temperature you're never getting into a cold water situation. I honestly can't say enough nice things about this Resort and I can happily say I have no negative comments. We create beautiful new memories every time we come and at the end of the day that's what we're all left with.. so come stay relax enjoy and create memories to last a lifetime

Had an amazing vacation with Couples Negril and look forward to returning again. Food was good and most employes were very helpful. The coffee shop is really nice and only improvement would be if they were able to keep the vanilla flavoring every day. It was our favorate and we were only able to enjoy it two days out of the seven day visit.
