Sunset at the Palms Resort Spa

My wife and I absolutely loved our stay at Sunset Palms in Jamaica! Being surrounded by beautiful palm trees and lush tropical plants made for such a peaceful and relaxing experience. The staff were incredibly warm, caring, and always made sure we were comfortable throughout our stay. Everything about the resort was wonderful—from the atmosphere to the service. It's the perfect place for a romantic getaway, and we can't wait to return for our second visit. Highly recommended!

This was our third trip to sunset at the Palms and we are already looking forward to booking our fourth shortly. If you're looking for relaxed, laid-back all-inclusive that won't break the bank than this one's for you. The staff is incredible and they cater to your every need. The treehouse rooms are charming, and the food is delicious. I don't think I've ever seen a more beautiful beach and it's just a short walk from your treehouse. Don't miss out on booking a spa treatment because Brenda gives the best massage in Jamaica. This resort has become our home away from home.

This rustic resort captured our hearts and we cannot wait to return. The staff was incredible, the best we have ever encountered. The food was delicious! And the beach...all I can say is WOW! We will be back!

Review of our stay Mar.5 2026 to Mar. 12 2026 Looking for a peaceful relaxing vacation away from the mega resort experience, we read countless reviews and decided it was 'Sunset At The Palms'. We had the early flight and when we arrived our room wasn't ready yet. We took the opportunity to have a quick bite and drink. When we were done Jamie came and took us to our room #105 which we had requested earlier from the website staff. The room was nice and clean, exactly as seen in photos. Typical Day The first morning started with a fresh cup of coffee in the room, quick shower and off to awesome breakfast highlighted by omelettes prepared by Margaret. The coffee served by staff, which we drink black was fantastic. Heading to the beach is a breeze. You are greeted by the smiling security guard who stops traffic so you can safely cross. The beach itself is awesome and clean and chair selection is endless, placed anywhere you like by Jovan and beach staff. The water is calm and usually all to yourself all morning. The beach is perfect for leisurely walks and checking nearby vendors. The beach bar and washrooms are close by and clean. Lunch is served at beach bar or back to resort if you desire more variety. The afternoon is spent at the beach or relaxing back at resort coffee bar or pool bar. Dinner is at the specialty restaurants or the buffet offering a good variety of fresh and nutritious foods served by awesome staff. Entertainment is limited, exactly as described in countless reviews, so make sure this suits your needs. Conclusion This was exactly the vacation we were looking for. The staff is exceptional and definitely the stars of the resort, polite and friendly. The resort could use some updating but has a beach and family charm not found at mega resorts. You can't go anywhere without having conversations and a few laughs with staff. Tips Get resort map and call ahead to choose a room if available. Bring lots of $ bills for tipping. This was an awesome experience. The cabins was different experience from the traditional resorts. The food was top notch all the different varieties of food was amazing. The staff made you feel at home.
