Kenya Bay Beach

This hotel is old and not refurbished for a very long time-fact. Without a doubt the management needs to upgrade everything asap. There is a lot of rubbish on the beach-fact, beach is public and there are low and high tides, so stuff is coming and going… We are pretty sure the owners of the hotel can address the above asap before they will loose the customers. But…. We had a great holidays, without a doubt the best adventure in our lives. It was very hard to say good bye to the hotel, the people working there and the locals on the beach. We had deluxe room with nice sea view 406, cleaned daily, air con working just perfect, towels & toiletries changed daily. The food was fantastic and just enough to see there is no waste of food which was good to see in Africa. We were half board, this gave us a great opportunity to explore the area for lunch and we found Dallas Restaurant just 200m from the hotel🍤, where the seafood was just heaven!We also used Chikoh Tourist office , just outside the gate and we went on 3 day safari with Moses our fantastic driver. Really recommend him. We went to Mombassa with Moses as well and we could try the local place for lunch, if you up to the the best goat ask Moses to take you, we loooved it! Now the people working on the beach, they work so hard , we became friends with many of them, even if you are not booking or buying anything from them, pls just stop, have a chat and listen to their stories, they all really deserve it. Rose, Jackson, Julian , John and few more, we miss them already. Also the massage ladies on the beach, wow what a skills they have, we went every day for a couple massage which was … £25 for 60 min for both! Time with Lucy and Pila became our daily routine but there are other women , trained and really good in their profession. This hotel does not have an animation team, there is no loud music all day which really worked for us. The fun you have all day ate the monkeys everywhere🐒 Overall, we would love to come back to this hotel and hope to see everyone again. Thank you for having us KBB 😎🐒🐐🐘🐾

I have been going to Kenya Bay Beah hotel since i was a teenager and now am mom of two kids and it has been the best hotel in North Coast. It is well kept , close to amenities and they have top notch service, The management and staff are very professional and the hotel is kept upto date. It offers 5 star service with affordability. Lovely setting right on the beach! The staff are all exceptionally friendly, helpful and efficient! The rooms are a really good size, big beds, good air con! Bathroom could do with a refurb as could the main room but don’t be put off by that! Food was good - could do with a little more variety but all was really tasty! Would I go again - YES!

Our stay and Kenya Bay Beach Hotel was wonderful. They have well trained personnel and is very welcoming. From the manager to the house keeping staff they all made us feel like 1 family by always being there to help whenever needed. From breakfast to dinner all was very well served and food was phenomenal. Location wise the hotel is close to the nearby malls. From the hotel's swimming pool and the beach all well maintained there's a new games room and gym which is spectacular too. All in all I'd say worth it and couldn't ask for more. If you're looking for a place to stay in North coast Kenya Bay Beach Hotel is the 1 to go for.
