The location was convenient and the atmosphere was pleasant. Rooms were spacious. Value for money was worth it. I liked their cleanliness and serene and quiet environment. Service was outstanding with lots of amenities.

Our recent visit to Serena Hotel was honestly such a beautiful experience. From the moment we arrived, the atmosphere felt calm, elegant, and very welcoming. The staff were incredibly polite and attentive, always ready to help with a smile, which made us feel really valued as guests. The rooms were clean, spacious, and comfortable, giving us the perfect place to relax. What stood out the most was the peaceful environment and the attention to detail in everything—from the décor to the service. The food was also amazing, with a great variety and really good quality. Overall, it was a refreshing and memorable stay, and we left feeling relaxed and happy. I’d definitely go back again and recommend it to anyone looking for a classy and enjoyable hotel experience.
