Southern Palms Beach Resort

Just spent 10 days here after our safari. Great location on the beach (although local vendors can be quite persistent) Lovely atmosphere, especially near the quiet pool. Plenty of choice at the buffet restaurant, especially for vegetarian and curry lovers. All staff were polite, helpful and friendly. A big shout out to Winnie (the pooh) and Mercie from customer relations, extremely helpful. Brendan Wangila and Josephine Kimberley were just the best.tri

We had an amazing experience at Southern Palms Beach Resort in Diani. The location is beautiful, the food was great, and the pools are absolutely amazing. Every employee we interacted with went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. A special shout-out to Nusra from the animation team for her wonderful energy and service. My only concern was that standard rooms do not come with washcloths or face towels unless you book a suite, as explained by the general manager. However, Mr. Phillipe handled the matter very professionally and made sure we were provided with face towels. He also mentioned that management is working toward including them in all rooms, which would be a great improvement. Management should also enforce the designated smoking areas, especially around the entertainment area during the evening shows. These shows are family events, and some guests were vaping right next to us during the performance, which was uncomfortable. I raised the issue with one of the supervisors, and I hope the resort will address it more firmly going forward. Overall, we had a wonderful stay and truly appreciated the excellent service, beautiful surroundings, great food, and friendly staff.

Exceptional services the rooms and food were excellent. Sunrise and sunset at the beach was such a superb experience. Their customer experience guy Elphas was a major help and very accommodative

Incredible place - friendly armosphere, highly skilled associates, tasty food and drinks and... so stunning view of the ocean. Mr. Dupont, Merci Beaucoup for such a high stanard of service - more than appreciated. Special thanks to Julius and Elizabeth and all the local people we got friends - big hearts🥰.
