Voyager Beach Resort

My stay at the Voyager in Mombasa is an experience I will not forget. The rooms were so clean and versatile too. It was done by an ever smiling team, conversant in different languages and ready to help. In the room, you couldn't tell that there were other visitors. You only heard the vague of the Ocean. A real treasure on the shores of the Indian Ocean, you get real value for your money. A rare addition is that it is wheel chair accessible and the staff "jumps" to help.

Voyager is beautiful, hands down. The food is amazing and in variety, renewed rooms after renovated, so many amenities in the hotel, vast swimming pools but I wish they could work on the subtle racism. Thats all. Otherwise perfect place for a family vacation, group trips but not so much for an intimate getaway

Amenities- the wifi is slow, the toilet in the room was dirty and water pressure for cold shower was too low to take a shower. Staff- most staff especially those serving in the pool area never smiled at guest. It’s like there were forced to work. You order for a drink and it took ages to bring. Some of the staff at the main cafeteria were also very disrespectful. Room Cleaning- the room cleaning staff were rude, knocked the door even when we had put [Do not Disturb] sign at the door. They also never cleaned our room till quite late and had to remind them to do so. Overall, I would not recommend a holiday at this hotel. Especially when you are travelling with family. Terrible service that needs improvement.
