Excellent couples massage by Piu and Ola. If you are coming to Machchafushi you will find the spa do daily offers which are excellent value. The staff in the spa are really lovely. Highly recommended.

Amanulla did an excellent job, creating a beautiful image for us.

What can we say? Wonderful. The food is special and the deserts even more. We spent our Christmas and New Year's time here and it was incredible. People at the reception are amazing and supportive for any need. The reef is full of life and you can see eagle rays, turtles and reef sharks swimming under your water villa too. One typical local attraction—which is very appealing but perhaps ill-advised—is the bar's shark feeding activity. People need to be told that, while the staff may know what to feed the sharks (even if doing so isn't actually so good), tourists shouldn't do it—nor should they throw bread or similar items into the water. There ought to be better monitoring and more signage, as there is a lot of ignorance on the subject, and the ecosystem risks being damaged. This is the only reason I give a star less... We care deeply about the wonders of the marine world and believe it is important for those who can to look after it. As for everything else... 5 stars!

I have spent 12 nights with my family in this paradise! From the moment we arrived at Machchafushi, we knew this was going to be a very special holiday. The resort exceeded our expectations in every possible way and delivered one of the most memorable travel experiences we have ever had. The food was simply outstanding throughout our stay. Every meal offered an impressive variety of high-quality dishes, prepared with great care and attention to detail. The culinary experience alone is worth the trip. The house reef is absolutely spectacular. Snorkeling directly from the island gave us the opportunity to discover an incredible underwater world filled with colorful fish, vibrant corals, and unforgettable marine life. It is truly one of the resort's greatest treasures. We were also impressed by the warmth and professionalism of the entire staff. The hospitality is genuine, making every guest feel welcome and cared for from the first day to the last. The level of comfort throughout the resort is excellent, and our room was spacious, beautifully maintained, and the perfect place to relax and enjoy the breathtaking surroundings. A very special mention goes to Giuseppe, the pastry chef, who deserves the highest praise. His talent, passion, and dedication are evident in everything he does. Beyond creating exceptional desserts, he coordinates the kitchen activities with remarkable professionalism, energy, and attention to quality. He also is a very kind person who always speaks to people giving advices annd making everyone feeling in full comfort!! He's apecial! Meeting people like Giuseppe makes a real difference in the overall experience. In fact, he is one of the reasons why I would strongly recommend choosing Machchafushi and why I would gladly return. Thank you to everyone at Machchafushi for an unforgettable stay. We left with wonderful memories and cannot wait to come back.
