The hotel is a wonderful family friendly resort. Food is amazing with a great variety to suit all the kids and adults. Friendly staff. Beautiful setting. Couldn’t ask for more!

We have had the most incredible stay at this hotel, and although the beautiful beach, brilliant service and amazing facilities have made our holiday so special, it is the people here who have truly made it unforgettable. A huge shout-out to Dezy, who gave us the BEST aquagym session. You were so funny, welcoming and completely understood our English humour😂 Deano, our wonderful cleaner, thank you for always leaving our room absolutely spotless. Ashbeck, thank you for all the amazing cocktails and especially for always making my mums extra special. You always went that extra mile. The beach is absolutely beautiful, so well kept and such a lovely place to spend our days. We also loved having the free watersports included. We did the glass bottom boat trip and had an incredible time! It was also lovely sitting on the beach watching all the different water sports happening around us. The service throughout the hotel has been brilliant. Everyone is so happy, friendly and accommodating, and nothing ever feels like too much to ask. Everything is dealt with promptly and, most importantly, always with a smile. Fazel - you are wonderful❤️ we absolutely loved the fact you knew about Hull City!⚽️ it was also so lovely hearing about your life and past experiences. Those personal conversations really added to the wonderful family feel of this hotel. But the biggest shout out of all has to go to Kewal❤️ Kewal, you are absolutely amazing and you genuinely made our holiday. From the moment we met you, you were so welcoming, kind and considerate. You dealt with every question we had with such care and always made sure our stay was perfect as well as always having a sense of humour with us. You showed us the shower room, booked it for us, somehow always managed to find us and greet us every single morning with a hug or a handshake, and even made us a special cocktail before we left🥹 those little things meant so much to us. You are an absolute credit to this hotel and we genuinely cannot thank you enough. One of the things that made this trip so special was that both Fazel and Kewal knew us on a first-name basis. It sounds like such a small thing, but when you are made to feel remembered and welcomed like a family, it makes a holiday feel completely different. This is a top tier 3 star hotel that excels in so many ways. We have felt so at home here for the last 10 days, and we genuinely could not have asked for a better holiday. Although we’re leaving Mauritius, a little piece of my heart will genuinely stay here for a very, very, very long time🥹❤️

My stay at Veranda Palmar was absolutely amazing. From the moment I arrived until the moment I left, I was treated like a truly valued guest. The hotel is beautiful, with a wonderful atmosphere, and the staff were exceptional throughout my stay. The location is brilliant. A beautiful beach. The hotel far exceeds its rating in terms of effort and the standard of service. The rooms are pleasant, with a comfortable bed. The food is good and more than adequate. As for activities, you can go on a boat trip or go kayaking, amongst other things.
