Bahia Principe Escape Sian Ka'an

Angelica was amazing! I got two massages from her and they were genuinely the best massages I’ve ever had. She is a master. Do yourself a favor and go get a massage from Ms. Angelica!! I also received a manicure from Rosa, who did a great job. Highly recommend the Bahia Spa at Sian Ka’an!

My wife and I visited Bahia Principe Escape Sian Ka'an during our stay at Bahia Explore Akumal. The resort is an adults-only property situated off the beach amidst a lush jungle setting. The atmosphere is relaxed, featuring multiple swimming pools for guest enjoyment. The resort offers a smaller buffet with a high-quality selection of food. Overall, it provides a tranquil and stress-free environment, making it an excellent option for those seeking a peaceful escape from busier properties.

We had the most relaxing time at Sian Ka’an and would especially recommend it for people who love to lounge by the pool or beach!! All of the staff is so accommodating and kind. Rosa in the spa was wonderful! Specifically Daniel Villamil at guest services completely made our entire experience perfect. We’ve never met someone with that much attention to detail and genuine care for guests. He helped us navigate dinner reservations, surprised us with a birthday banner on our door, and was also just so warm and welcoming. If I could have someone run a business, it would be him. He became the highlight of our trip, we love our boy Daniel!!

The staff were exceptional and went above and beyond to enhance our holiday, despite the noticeable changes since Hyatt took over. A special mention to Ivan, thank you for the upgrade and help with enquires. Amondo who sorted out an issue with restaurant bookings. Enrique who always had a smile on his face and ensured we got to the restaurants' on time. To Deysi, Martha, Jhovanny, Manuel, Randi and Lorena in the lobby bar for ensuring our glasses were never empty. To Faustino, Ramon, Suemi and Antonio who were always there with a smile at breakfast and lunch as well as Daniel who helped me improve my Spanish. To the staff in the Al a Carte's, you made the meals a wonderful experience. A big shout out to the cleaners, especially Janet who always had a smile on her face. We had a wonderful holiday thanks to all of you, your smiles, kindness and friendliness (apologies to those whose names I have forgotten) We loved the Macrame and painting session by MAVANA and would have loved a chance to partake in more sessions like these. The question as to will we return, sadly probably not due to changes being brought in by the new owners. This saddens us as the the staff remain 5 star and were as always the stars of the show.

Lovely hotel. Quite quiet. Loved the fact that we could use pools and restaurants in the other 4 hotels. Trolley service between hotels was excellent.
