Great experience. I will return next year for our family trip. The preferred club was the greatest. For the moment we stepped in until the time of our departure, we had a great personalize experience. Thank you Francisco for your amazing service and hospitality.

Had a great time!!! Stayed on the preferred club side and all of the staff was very friendly, welcoming, helpful, and went above and beyond! Everybody was great especially my butler junior! Great guy and anything I needed I reached out to him and he made it happen! He made my trip 10x better and really held me and my daughter down and I can’t thank him enough! I pray the next time I go back he’s still there because I will definitely request him again! Take care and enjoy!!!!

We had high hopes for our family vacation, but our experience here was utterly frustrating from start to finish. I would not return to this resort or recommend it to anyone traveling with kids. ​Check In and Room Issues ​Check in was chaotic. No rooms were ready, forcing us to wait nearly two hours. ​We paid extra for double beds located near each other. Instead, we received one king room and one double bed room on completely different floors. The double room did not even have the view category we paid for. ​Housekeeping staff were polite, but the bathroom floors were noticeably filthy upon arrival, making it clear they were not washed between guests. ​The room towels and pool towels were scratchy and rough. ​Food, Dining, and Health Concerns ​Language barriers were a constant hurdle; staff either did not understand English or acted as though they did not. ​Wait times at restaurants were unreasonable with hungry children. On our first night, we waited 1.5 hours at the Mexican restaurant around 8:30 PM. ​To make matters worse, the food was subpar, and my husband found a small parasitic worm in his dish, which is a massive health and safety failure. ​Hibachi must be booked nearly a week in advance, with only two locations offering absurd reservation times like 4:00 PM for dinner. ​Room service consistently took 1 to 1.5 hours, and you are not allowed to order extra drinks to your room. ​Pool and Resort Operations ​Pool chair saving was out of control. Loungers were claimed by 6:00 AM, partly because resort staff actively reserved prime, shaded chairs for guests in exchange for cash tips. ​Lifeguards paid little attention to the water and mostly just sat around. ​The on site store prices are astronomically high if you forget any essentials. ​Customer Service ​Bartenders routinely ignored non Spanish speaking guests in favor of Spanish speakers. ​The concierge service failed completely: when I needed a doctor, they drove me over on a golf cart, dropped me off at a locked, closed facility without checking, and drove away. I had to walk all the way back in the extreme heat with no way to contact anyone. ​The only positive notes were the hardworking drink servers walking around the pool and one very kind server at the poolside restaurant who treated our kids well. Beyond that, the service was dismissive, disorganized, and far below what a resort at this price point should deliver. Save your money and look elsewhere.
