I never come back to here. I pay for adult only and I get kid running and yelling inside hotel also in the adult pool. If you no tip you get probability two services drink in 5 hours. I have a restaurant that service starter principal plate and after 30 min something to drink lol I waste my money. In general if is your first all inclusive maybe is OK for you. For me I don't come back

Lopesan new hotels are excellent option for a wonderful stay It has espectacular views and facilities. El Cenote is a fabulous place. However, the personnel is exceptional Elizabet Alvarez from Guest Help area was perfect! Very attentive and helpful. She made better our stay Also we would like to mention the great service of Victor García from Lima Restaurant!!
