⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Secrets Cap Cana – Dominican Republic Our stay at Secrets Cap Cana was overall a wonderful experience, although we did have a few mixed experiences when it came to the customer service. First and foremost, I want to give a huge shout-out to Ariel, Jose, Rosa, Cassandra, and the entire swim-up bar team. They were truly exceptional! From the moment we arrived at the pool, they were friendly, attentive, and genuinely made an effort to take care of my family. They always made sure we had what we needed, whether it was drinks, food, or simply great service with a smile. Their hospitality made us feel welcomed and appreciated throughout our stay. I honestly wish I could remember everyone’s names because the entire swim-up team deserves recognition. Thank you all for going above and beyond and for taking such great care of my family. You were definitely one of the highlights of our vacation! 🍹🌴☀️ We did have a couple of interactions at the restaurants where we felt like we were overlooked or ignored. We’re not sure what the reason was, but unfortunately, those experiences did affect our overall impression of the customer service. Based on our experience, I would rate the customer service around 4 out of 5. That being said, Secrets Cap Cana is still a beautiful resort, and we had a wonderful vacation overall. There were many positive aspects to our stay, and the outstanding service from the swim-up bar team certainly helped make our trip memorable. Ariel, Jose, Rosa, Cassandra, and the entire swim-up bar crew — thank you for your kindness, your smiles, and your wonderful hospitality. You truly made a difference! ❤️🍹

My wife and I have been visiting secrets resorts mainly in the Cancun area for several years years. This was our first visit to secrets Cap Cana, in Punta Cana. We didn’t know if we could expect comparable quality and service. However, we were pleasantly surprised that the quality and service seem to be turned up a notch at this resort! From the minute, we checked in and met our personal Concierge, Gerardo, until we were bid goodbye on our last day, we felt that we were taking excellent care of, and treated as if we were special and important! The housekeeping staff did an excellent job on our room, all of the restaurants and bars that we visited were excellent, and the cuisine was very tasty with very few exceptions. There were a couple of times when the steaks that were served did not seem to be the quality they should have been, but that was the exception, and not the rule. The market café had a fantastic variety of local and international foods available at all times! It was prepared very well, and my wife said that the salmon she had at Mitsu, was some of the best savage she has ever tasted! The only area that we feel could have been improved upon was the variety and amount of entertainment at the resort. We feel there should have been a little more live entertainment at the pool, and perhaps a few more earlier, live entertainment personnel at the bars and other areas. Most of the entertainment started a little late for us, and we would’ve liked to have seen some around 7 PM or so. Other than that, we plan on returning again and again, and are very happy with the way the waiters and waitresses treated us at the hotels, as well as around the pool. Everything was clean, and the resort was very appealing to the eye. Overall, it was one of the better experiences we have had on our all-inclusive stay.

Thr best thing about the resort is the service. All the staff are amazing, including the management team. Nothing is too much trouble and they will do everything possible to make your trip a success We were so very lucky to have Jenfry (MJ) as our Concierge. Jenfry made our holiday so much less stressful. I was on holiday with my 80 year old Mother and he made sure she was looked after and that all of her health conditions were considered. I can't stress how much comfort this gave me, knowing I wasn't on my own. Jenfry checked in every day by WhatsApp and would often come looking for us for a chat. He's a wonderful person. I know its his job, but it didn't feel like that. Thank you Jenfry

My wife and I just returned home from an absolutely amazing trip to Secrets Cap Cana in the Dominican Republic, and I can't recommend this marvelous hotel highly enough. It was our first time staying there, and it will not be our last. From the moment we arrived, we were treated like royalty. The private Priority check-in service made registration effortless, and we were immediately introduced to our butler, Matiel, who took wonderful care of us from that very first moment. He escorted us to lunch, gave us a lovely tour of the hotel's facilities, and then brought us to our suite — which took our breath away. It was absolutely beautiful, with a stunning beach view from our third-floor wraparound porch, two bathrooms, and even our own private plunge pool right on the porch. We spent ten glorious days and nights at this incredible resort, and the service never wavered — it was outstanding from start to finish. Every morning began with a wonderful, gourmet continental breakfast at the Rosewater restaurant. In the evenings, we treated ourselves to an incredible culinary tour around the world, dining at Bordeaux (French), Portofino (Italian), El Patio (Mexican), Himitsu (Pan-Asian), and Oceana (Seafood). Each dinner was followed by fantastic entertainment at 9:00 PM, with a live band performing tributes to the Beatles, Madonna, Beyoncé, jazz favorites, and so much more. A trip like this is made truly special by the people, and we want to give heartfelt thanks to our incredible butler, Matiel, and to all of the wonderful pool staff and food servers who made our vacation so memorable, especially Esperanza, Clarisa, Francesca, Maria, Keila, Richal, Gibel, and Alfonso. Their warmth, attentiveness, and genuine care turned a beautiful hotel into an unforgettable experience. We've attached a few photos of these amazing people who took such wonderful care of us.
